ये सड़क पर गाड़ी चलाती, भागती- दौड़ती औरतें...

क्या ‘चीज’ हैं ये औरतें, महिलाएं, लड़कियां? जीती जागती हाड़ मांस की बनी इंसान या आदमियों के लिए बनाया गया खिलौना? जिसकी गुण, आदतें, प्रकृति सबका मजाक बनाकर हमेशा निंदा का ‘हास्यपात्र’ की तरह प्रस्तुति करण किया जाने का आदमी जात को जन्मसिद्ध अधिकार मिला हो।

‘पापा की परी’ के जोक्स, भद्दे कमेंट्स, उनकी ड्राइविंग स्किल पर ठहाके लगाते लोग, उनके एक्सीडेंट पर रील बनाते, उनकी नादानियों की खिल्ली उड़ाते, उनके बात करने की आदतों का उपहास करते लोग पहले अपने गिरेबान में झांके।

उनके हाथ से बना लंच बॉक्स बगल में दबाये सुबह से ऑफिस निकल जाने वाले, अपने परिवार को इन्हीं के माथे छोड़कर जातें हैं। तुम्हारे मां-बाप भी इन्हीं की जिम्मेदारी होते हैं क्योंकि तुम को तो ऑफिस/काम/नौकरी/मीटिंग/टूर से टाइम नहीं मिलेगा।

बेचारी औरतें भागम-भाग करतीं, बच्चे संभालती, घर के बुजुर्गों की टाइम पर दवा-गोलियों का ध्यान, खाने-पीने की जिम्मेदारियों का गुणा-भाग जमातीं, माथे का पल्लू न सरक जाए इसको निभातीं गाड़ियों से, पैदल जैसे भी, आपके बदले के तमाम काम करतीं जब रोड़ पर गाड़ी लेकर सर्कस की तरह बेचारी ट्रेफिक से डरती डरती, खुद को गिरने से बचाने की कोशिश करती हैं तो आप उसका कई तरह से मजाक बनाते हैं।

हवाई जहाज के पंख जैसे पैर अंदर बाहर करतीं हैं, सेंडल/चप्पल/जूती की हील/तले की घिसावट, ब्रेक लगाने को लेकर खिल्ली उड़ाना, हाथ देने के बाद मुड़ने के मजाक आपके लिए मनोरंजन कैसे हो सकते हैं? दोहरी जिंदगी जीती इन लड़कियों/महिलाओं में कई अपवाद भी तो हो सकतीं हैं न?

क्या लड़के/आदमी हमेशा परफेक्ट हैं? जांबाज, जुझारू? इनके कभी कोई हादसे नहीं हुए? इनका कभी मजाक नहीं बनाते आप? कई ढब्बू देखते हैं हम पर केवल ‘जेंडर’ के आधार पर आपको हास्य सूझता है? यदि ऐसा आपके साथ है तो आपको ‘मानसिक चिकित्सालय’ में ‘इमरजेंसी केयर’ में जाने की सख्त जरुरत है। क्योंकि मशीनें कभी भी ‘जेंडर’ की पक्षपाती नहीं होतीं। उनके सवार या ऑपरेटर की योग्यता पर वे अपनी सेवाएं देतीं हैं।

स्कूल बस स्टॉप, बाजार, अस्पतालों, रिश्तेदारी निभाने जैसी कई और अनिवार्य सेवाओं में जहां आप रोज खुद नहीं रह सकते वहां ये आपके घर/बाहर की, अपनी/पराई सभी महिलाएं बखूबी आपके बदले का अपनी जिम्मेदारियों का टोकना अपने सर पर ढो रही हैं। अपनी प्राकृतिक बनावट के विरुद्ध भी कई बार अपने दायित्वों को बेहिचक पूरे कौशल के साथ निभाने की कोशिश करती नजर आतीं हैं।

‘सामाजिक, स्थानीय बाधाएं और मानवीय विकृतियों’ को झेलते, उन्हें नजरंदाज करते हुए भी वो जिंदगी की इस ‘खोखली भसड़’ को जी रही है। उसका अपना इसमें शायद ही कोई स्वार्थ हो? यदि है भी तो वो इतना अधिकार तो रखती ही है।

दुःख इस बात का है कि सोशल मीडिया ने इसमें खूब नकारात्मक भूमिका निभाई। यहां तक कि पढ़े-लिखे (?), बड़े ओहदे पर बैठे (?) लोग भी इन पोस्ट को प्रमोट कर अपने ‘पौरुष का प्रदर्शन’ करने की टुच्ची हरकतें करते हैं। पापा की परी का मजाक बनने वाले भूल जाते हैं कि वे इन्हीं की कोखों के मोहताज हैं। इस मजाक में कुछ वो औरतें भी शामिल होतीं हैं जो हमेशा अपने औरत होने से शर्मिंदा हैं। जबकि वे जानतीं हैं कि इन ‘वाहियात कामों’ में शामिल होना खुद को ‘सब्जेक्ट’ बनाना है।

अब तो सड़कों पर, आसमानों पर, अंतरिक्ष में सभी जगह हम अपने होंसले आजमा रहे हैं। शायद तुम्हारा ‘खजियाना’ हमारे हौंसले का ‘खौफ’ है। पहियों पर केवल गाड़ियां ही नहीं चलतीं जिंदगियां भी चलती हैं। जैसे गाड़ियों के अच्छे स्पीड, माइलेज के मेन्टेनेंस के लिए ‘अलाइमेंट’ जरुरी है न, वैसे ही सुकून भरी गृहस्थी और समाज चलाने के लिए सामान अधिकार, सोच, सहजता और खुले दिल दिमाग वाले विचारों के ‘अलाइमेंट’ की जरुरत होती है। यहां भूलें नहीं अपवादों के भी कोई जेंडर नहीं होते वे सब जगह पाए जाते हैं। अपनी मानसिकता बदलिए जनाब... अच्छाई या बुराई पर केवल आपका ही ठेका नहीं है... समझे...
