सामग्री :

6 अधपके केले, 1 कप मिल्क पाउडर, 250 ग्राम शकर, 1 कप फुल क्रीम दूध, 2 चम्मच घी, 1/4 चम्मच इलायची पाउडर, 1/ 2 कप मेवा बारीक कटा हुआ या कतरन, 4-5 केसर के लच्छे (दूध में भीगे और बारीक घोटे हुए)।

विधि :

* व्रत-उपवास में फायदेमंद हलवा बनाने के लिए सबसे पहले सभी केलों को छीलकर कद्दूकस कर लें।

* अब प्रेशर कुकर में केले और दूध को डालकर एक सीटी आने दें।

* एक कड़ाही में घी गरम करके इस मिश्रण को धीमी आंच पर तब तक भूनें, जब तक कि यह कड़ाही न छोड़ने लगे।

* अब इसमें मिल्क पाउडर और शकर मिलाएं।

* 4-5 मिनट तक चलाएं।

* इलायची पाउडर, घोटी हुई केसर और मेवे की कतरन डालकर अच्छी तरह मिला लें।

* अब केले के इस शाही हलवे से भगवान को नैवेद्य दिखाकर परिवारजनों को सर्व करें।

* व्रतधारियों के लिए यह व्यंजन बहुउपयोगी है, क्योंकि यह शरीर को बल प्रदान करता है।
