बड़ी खबर, जम्मू-कश्मीर में टूटा भाजपा-पीडीपी गठबंधन, महबूबा मुफ्ती का इस्तीफा
नई दिल्ली/श्रीनगर। जम्मू-कश्मीर में भाजपा के पीपुल्स डेमोक्रेटिक पार्टी से नाता तोड़ने के साथ ही महबूबा मुफ्ती सरकार गिर गई है और राज्य में राज्यपाल शासन लगाने के आसार बन गए हैं।
भाजपा के महासचिव और जम्मू-कश्मीर के प्रभारी राम माधव ने मंगलवार को गठबंधन तोड़ने की घोषणा करते हुए कहा कि राज्य की जो स्थिति है, उसमें पीडीपी के साथ आगे गठबंधन जारी रखना संभव नहीं है और इसलिए पार्टी ने नाता तोड़ने का फैसला किया है। उनकी इस घोषणा के तुरंत बाद महबूबा मुफ्ती ने अपने पद से इस्तीफा दे दिया और साफ किया कि उनकी पार्टी किसी भी दल के साथ मिल कर सरकार नहीं बनाएगी।
भाजपा के पीडीपी से नाता तोड़ने की घोषणा के बाद राज्य में नए राजनीतिक गठजोड़ की संभावनाओं को लेकर कयास लगने शुरू हो गए थे, लेकिन कांग्रेस तथा नेशनल कांफ्रेंस ने भी साफ कर दिया कि वे किसी दल के साथ मिलकर सरकार बनाने नहीं जा रहे हैं। इस स्थिति में राज्य में राज्यपाल शासन लगाने के अलावा और कोई विकल्प नहीं रह गया है। राज्य में उत्पन्न स्थिति के मद्देनजर गृह मंत्रालय में बैठकों का दौर शुरू हो गया।
भाजपा और नेशनल कॉन्फ्रेंस ने राज्य में राज्यपाल शासन लगाने की मांग की है। नेशनल कॉन्फ्रेंस के नेता एवं पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री उमर अब्दुल्ला ने राज्यपाल एनएन वोहरा से मुलाकात कर राज्यपाल शासन लगाने और राज्य में जल्द नए सिरे से चुनाव कराने का आग्रह किया।
जम्मू कश्मीर विधानसभा के पिछले चुनाव में पीडीपी को 28, भाजपा को 25, नेशनल कॉन्फ्रेंस को 15 तथा कांग्रेस को 12 सीटें मिली थीं और भाजपा ने पीडीपी के साथ मिलकर सरकार बनाई थी।
राममाधव ने कहा कि राज्य में शांति बहाल करने तथा जम्मू-कश्मीर का तेजी से विकास करने के उद्देश्य से हमने पीडीपी के साथ गठबंधन किया था। मोदी सरकार ने राज्य में विकास के लिए काफी काम किया है। राज्य के विकास के लिए जो भी संभव था, सब कुछ किया गया।
उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य में आतंकवाद, हिंसा तथा अतिवाद बढ़ा है और घाटी में लोगों के मूलभूत अधिकार खतरे में पड़ गए थे। केंद्र सरकार की ओर से समर्थन के बावजूद पीडीपी राज्य के हालात को नियंत्रित करने के विफल रही है।
भाजपा महासचिव ने कहा कि राज्य में हालात सामान्य करने के लिए वहां के सभी पक्षों के साथ बातचीत करने के लिए वार्ताकार नियुक्त किए। राज्य सरकार की ओर से जो भी मांग की गई उसे केंद्र सरकार ने पूरा किया। उन्होंने कहा कि देश हित को ध्यान में रखते हुए तथा राज्य के बिगड़ते हालात के मद्देनजर जम्मू-कश्मीर में राज्यपाल शासन लगाने की जरूरत है।
सुश्री मुफ्ती ने श्रीनगर में कहा कि उनकी पार्टी ने भाजपा के साथ गठबंधन व्यापक दृष्टिकोण के साथ राज्य में मेलमिलाप के उद्देश्य से किया था और उसमें वह सफल रही। यह गठबंधन सत्ता के लिए नहीं किया गया था बल्कि राज्य में मेलमिलाप, लोगों के साथ बातचीत तथा पाकिस्तान के साथ वार्ता शुरू करने के मकसद से किया गया था। उन्होंने कहा कि जम्मू कश्मीर में जोर जबरदस्ती की नीति कामयाब नहीं हो सकती।
