इंदौर। मध्यप्रदेश विधानसभा चुनाव के तहत इंदौर में बुधवार को शाम 5 बजने के साथ ही जिले की 9 विधानसभा सीटों पर 96 उम्मीदवारों का भाग्य ईवीएम मशीन में कैद हो गया। मतदाताओं ने 96 उम्मीदवारों में किन सर्वश्रेष्ठ 9 उम्मीदवारों को चुना है, इसका फैसला 11 दिसम्बर को नतीजों के साथ सामने भी आ आएगा। मतदान के लिए कुल 3116 बूथ बनाए गए थे। मतदान में कई रोचक झलकियां देखने को मिली...
पांच मिनट भी नहीं लगे मतदान में : विधानसभा क्षेत्र क्रमांक 5 के 18 वार्डों में कुल 443 मतदान केंद्र बनाए गए, जिसमें 3 लाख 71 हजार 502 मतदाता हैं। इन मतदाताओं में मनीष पुरी (साकेत) में रहने वाली लोकसभा स्पीकर व इंदौर से 8 बार की सांसद श्रीमती सुमित्रा महाजन भी शामिल थी। उन्होंने पीडब्ल्यूडी, ओल्ड पलासिया के बूथ क्रमांक 208 पर अपने मताधिकार का प्रयोग किया।
इस मतदान केंद्र पर दोपहर 12 बजे तक लंबी कतारें थी लेकिन इसके बाद यहां भीड़ कम होती चली गई। शाम पौने पांच बजे इक्का दुक्का मतदाता यहां आ रहे थे और उन्हें मतदान करने में 5 मिनट का वक्त भी नहीं लगा। इस वीआईपी केंद्र पर दिव्यांगों के लिए व्हीलचेयर भी रखी गई थी।
मतदाता पर्ची से मतदान करना हुआ आसान : निर्वाचन आयोग ने मतदान पर्चियों को घर घर तक पहुंचाने के लिए बीएलओ को जिम्मेदारियां दी गई थी। साकेत झोन में बीएलओ राजेश यादव मतदान से 5 दिन पूर्व ही लोगों के घरों तक मतदान पर्चियां बांट चुके थे। इसका असर यह हुआ कि मतदाताओं को बूध के बाहर लगीं राजनीतिक पार्टियों की टेबल तक जाने की जहमत ही नहीं उठानी पड़ी वे सीधे मतदान केंद्र में पहुंचकर अपने मत का उपयोग कर रहे थे। इससे समय की भी बचत हुई।
आधार कार्ड बना मतदान पर्ची का पर्याय : जो लोग मतदान केंद्रों पर गलती से परिवार के दूसरे सदस्य की मतदान पर्ची लेकर पहुंच गए थे, उन्हें निराश नहीं होना पड़ा। केंद्र पर अधिकारियों ने आधार कार्ड की पुष्टि और मतदान सूची में नाम होने पर संतुष्टि जाहिर करते हुए उन्हें अपने मताधिकार का उपयोग करने दिया।

छुटपुट टकराव की खबर : इंदौर जिले में बुधवार शाम 5 बजे वोटिंग खत्म होने के साथ ही कुल 96 उम्मीदवारों का भाग्य ईवीएम में कैद हो गया। भाजपा और कांग्रेस के कार्यकर्ताओं के छुटपुट टकराव को छोड़कर पूरे जिले में मतदान शांतिपूर्ण तरीके से हुआ। पिछले विधानसभा चुनावों के दौरान इनमें से आठ सीटों पर भाजपा ने कब्जा जमाया था, जबकि कांग्रेस को केवल एक सीट से संतोष करना पड़ा था।
पूरे शहर में बंद का माहौल : शहर के चटोरों के लिए सुबह सुबह छप्पन दुकान से बेहतर और कोई जगह नहीं है। राजीव नेमा ने जरूर अखबार के माध्यम से अपील की थी कि भिया पेले वोट डालना फिर पोहे जलेबी खाना लेकिन सुबह 10 बजे हालत ये थी कि चटोरों की भीड़ जगह जगह नाश्ता करने में टूट पड़ी थी। हालांकि मतदान के कारण अवकाश घोषित था और शहर की दुकानों के शटर भी ऊंचे नहीं हुए।
रिंग रोड़ पर पसरा रहा सन्नाटा : खजराना से लेकर राजीव गांधी चौहारे तक रिंग रोड पर भी सन्नाटा पसरा पड़ा था। शाम 5 बजे तक यहां रोजाना की तरह वाहनों की रेलमपेल नहीं दिखी। इससे साबित होता है कि इंदौर के नागरिक मतदान के प्रति कितने सजग हो गए हैं। यहां तक कि सड़क किनारे जगह जगह रोजाना लगने वाले दुकानदार भी नदारत थे। राजीव गांधी चौराहे के पास बड़ी सब्जी मंडी के बाहर भी फलों के इक्का दुक्का ही ढेले नजर आए, जिन पर ग्राहक नहीं थे।
97 साल की सुंदरबाई गौहर ने किया मतदान : इंदौर में मतदान के प्रति कैसा उत्साह था, इसकी झलक 97 साल की सुंदरबाई गौहर में देखने को मिली। वे विधानसभा क्रमांक 2 पर अपने परिवार के साथ मतदान करने पहुंची। परिवार में कुल 40 लोग हैं। विधानसभा क्षेत्र क्रमांक 4 में 91 साल के लालचंद जगवानी, 90 साल की की लीलादेवी रुपवानी ने भी वोट डाला।
96 साल की रेशम बाई ने डाला वोट : राऊ में सुबह से ही मतदान को लेकर खासा उत्साह था। वोटिंग शुरू होने के पहले ही लंबी कतारें लग चुकी थीं। 96 साल की रेशम बाई नाम की महिला भी व्हीलचेयर पर अपने रिश्तेदारों की मदद से मतदान करने पहुंचीं। उनके परिजनों की माने तो रेशम बाई 15 बार विधानसभा चुनावों में वोट डाल चुकी हैं।
संवेदनशील केंद्र पैरा मिलेट्री फोर्स के हवाले : जिला प्रशासन ने विधानसभा क्षेत्र क्रमांक 2 को संवेदनशील माना था। यहां भाजपा के रमेश मेंदोला का मुकाबला कांग्रेस के मोहन सिंह सेंगर से था। यहां के 20 से ज्यादा संवेदनशील बूथों को पैरा मिलेट्री फोर्स के हवाले कर दिया था ताकि कोई गड़बड़ी नहीं हो और लोग भयमुक्त होकर मतदान कर सकें।
