सर्दी के मौसम में ताजे-ताजे हरे छोड, मटर, गाजर सभी कुछ बहुत मात्रा में बाजार में बिकते दिखाई देते हैं। अत: यह कहा जा सकता हैं कि अभी छोड यानी हरे चने का मौसम चल रहा है। तो क्यों न इस नई रेसिपी का जायका लिया जाया। आप भी ट्राय करें यह नई रेसिपी-

सामग्री :

250 ग्राम हरे चने (छोड) के दाने, 1 शिमला मिर्च, 2 टुकड़े फूल गोभी, 1 ऑनियन, 1 चम्मच अदरक-लहसुन का पेस्ट, 2 आलू उबले हुए, 1/4 कटोरी हरा धनिया कटा, 1 चम्मच पिसी सौंफ, तेल, हरी मिर्च, नमक स्वादानुसार।

विधि :

सबसे पहले ताजे छोड के दाने को धोकर मिक्सर में पीस लें। आलू मैश करके और सभी सब्जियां बारीक काट कर इसमें मिलाएं। अब तैयार पेस्ट में उपरोक्त सभी सामग्री मिलाएं और अच्छी तरह मिलाकर इसके लंबे गोल कबाब का बना लें।

अब एक कड़ाही में तेल गरम करके मध्यम आंच में कुरकुरे होने तक तल लें। अब लजीज हरा चना कबाब को हरी चटनी या टोमॅटो सॉस के साथ गरमा-गरम पेश करें।
