कोरोनावायरस क्या है?
कोरोनावायरस यह एक ऐसा संक्रमण है जिसमें व्यक्ति को सर्दी-जुकाम और सांस लेने जैसी समस्या हो सकती है। यदि किसी व्यक्ति को कोरोना हुआ है तो वायरस उस व्यक्ति से दूसरे व्यक्ति में बहुत जल्दी ट्रांसफर होता है इसलिए इससे बचने के लिए सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग का पालन करने की सलाह दी जा रही है। सरकार सामाजिक दूरी बनाए रखने पर जोर दे रही है ताकि इस वायरस से बचा जा सके। यही कारण है कि पूरे देश में लॉकडाउन किया गया।
कोरोनावायरस के लक्षण
इस बीमारी के लक्षणों की बात करें तो यह सामान्य सर्दी-जुकाम या निमोनिया जैसा होता है। इस वायरस का संक्रमण होने के बाद बुखार, जुकाम, सांस लेने में तकलीफ, नाक बहना और गले में खराश जैसी समस्याएं होती हैं। यह वायरस एक से दूसरे व्यक्ति में बहुत आसानी से फैलता है इसलिए इसे लेकर बहुत सावधानी बरती जा रही है। यह वायरस दिसंबर में सबसे पहले चीन में सामने आया था और तब से यह बड़ी तेजी से दूसरे देशों में भी पहुंच रहा है।
कोरोना से बचाव के लिए
कोरोना से बचाव के लिए सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग रखना जरूरी है।
हाथों को बार-बार धोना है और सफाई का पूरा ध्यान रखना है।
मास्क का इस्तेमाल करें।
हाथ मिलाने की जगह नमस्ते करने की आदत बनाएं।
घर में लाई गई किसी भी चीज को पहले सैनिटाइज करें, फिर उसका इस्तेमाल करें।
मोबाइल व लैपटॉप को भी समय-समय पर साफ करते रहें।
चेहरे और आंखों पर हाथों से टच नहीं करना है। यदि आपकी चेहरे को बार-बार टच करने की आदत है, तो इसे तुरंत बदल डालें।
छींकते और खांसते समय अपनी नाक और मुंह को रूमाल या टिशू से ढंकें।
इस्तेमाल किए गए टिशू को तुरंत बंद डिब्बे में फेंकें।
अपने इम्यून सिस्टम को मजबूत बनाएं जिसके लिए आप अपनी डाइट में पौष्टिक चीजों को शामिल करें।
दिनभर में कम से कम 1 बार हल्दी वाले दूध का सेवन जरूर करें।
गुनगुना पानी पीने की आदत डालें।
अपने तापमान और श्वसन लक्षणों की जांच नियमित रूप से करें।

कोरोनावायरस से बचने के लिए लगातार प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं। शोधकर्ता वैज्ञानिक इस वायरस से छुटकारा पाने के लिए दवा बनाने में जुटे हुए हैं। सरकार द्वारा लगातार इस खतरनाक बीमारी से बचने के लिए कठोर कदम उठाए जा रहे हैं ताकि इस महामारी से निजात पा सकें। वर्तमान में भारत, रूस समेत अन्य देशों ने वैक्सीन जारी की है। भारत द्वारा 2 वैक्सीन का निर्माण किया गया है। कोविशील्ड वैक्सीन, इस वैक्सीन का उत्पादन भारत में सीरम इंस्टीट्यूट द्वारा किया जा रहा है। कोवैक्सीन, इस वैक्सीन का उत्पादन भारत बायोटेक द्वारा किया जा रहा। हम सबकी जिम्मेदारी बनती है कि हम नियमों का कड़ाई से पालन करें ताकि हम देश को रोगमुक्त कर सकें।
