भोपाल। कोरोना की दूसरी लहर को रोकने के लिए लॉक किए गए भोपाल आज 52 दिन बाद अनलॉक के पहले दिन फिर पटरी पर लौटता हुआ दिखाई दिया। सड़कों पर ट्रैफिक ज्यादा दिखाई दिया तो दुकान खोलने की गाइडलाइन को लेकर व्यापारियों में कन्फ्यूजन भी खूब रहा। अनलॉक के पहले दिन मंत्री विश्वास सांरग भी सड़क पर उतर कर अनलॉक का जायजा लेकर लोगों से कोरोना गाइडलाइन का पालन करने की अपील करते हुए भी दिखाई दिए।
अनलॉक के पहले दिन नए शहर के साथ पुराने शहर में स्थित किराना की थोक और फुटकर दुकानें भी खुली। भोपाल किराना व्यापारी महासंघ के महासचिव अनुपम अग्रवाल कहते है कि अनलॉक का पहला दिन काफी अच्छा रहा है, 50 दिन बाद बाजार खुलने पर दाल,चावल, शक्कर,तेल,आटा, मैदा, ड्राईफ्रूट समेत किराना सामग्री की अच्छी डिमांड रही। शादी के सीजन के चलते बाजार में अनलॉक के पहले दिन रौनक दिखाई दी तो ग्राहकों और दुकानदारों ने सावधानी भी रखी।
थोक किराना बाजार जनकपुरी, जुमेराती, हनुमानगंज में नो मास्क,नो एंट्री का फार्मूला अपनाते हुए किसी भी दुकान पर ग्रहकों को बिना मास्क के एंट्री नही दी जायेगी और सभी लोग इसका पालन भी कर रहे है। इसके साथ बाजार में रोको टोको अभियान चलाकर लोगों को मास्क के लिए जागरूक किया जाएगा और बिना मास्क के आने वाले किसी भी ग्राहक को सामान नहीं दिया जाएगा।
वहीं नए शहर में अनलॉक के पहले दिन अधिकांश बाजार बंद दिखाई दिए। अनलॉक में सीमित छूट मिलने के चलते न्यू मार्केट, 10 नंबर मार्केट और बिट्टन मार्केट में आम दिनों की अपेक्षा बहुत कम भीड़ दिखाई देने को मिली। अनलॉक के पहले चरण में सिर्फ किराना, दवाई, हार्डवेयर, स्टेशनरी की दुकानों के साथ टेक अवे फैसिलिटी के लिए रेस्टोरेंट्स को खुलने की अनुमति है।

अनलॉक के पहले दिन चिकित्सा शिक्षा मंत्री विश्वास सारंग ने न्यू मार्केट पहुंचकर रेस्टोरेंट में पहुँचकर निरीक्षण किया। सुरक्षा की दृष्टि से बाजारों में दुकान के सामने सोशल डिस्टेंसटिंग का पालन करवाने गोले बनाए गए हैं।मंत्री विश्वास सारंग ने कहा कि आज से रोजमर्रा की जिंदगी क्रमबद्ध शुरू होगी, लेकिन हम सब की यह जिम्मेदारी भी है कि कोरोना प्रोटोकॉल का पालन करें। यह सुनिश्चित करें कि हमारी रोजमर्रा की जिंदगी तो चले ही चले साथ ही हमारा परिवार और हम संक्रमण से बचे रहे। उन्होंने कहा कि कोविड सेफ्टी टीम का गठन किया है। यह टीम सुनिश्चित करेगी कि दुकानों में कहीं भी कोरोना प्रोटोकॉल का उल्लंघन नहीं हो।
भोपाल में चरणबद्ध तरीके से शुरू हुई अनलॉक की प्रक्रिया पर सतत् निगरानी रखने और कोरोना प्रोटोकॉल का पालन करवाने 118 टीमों को तैनात किया गया है। टीम में पुलिस, प्रशासन और नगर निगम के अधिकारी शामिल हैं। यह टीम बाजारों और दुकानों की सतत् मॉनिटरिंग करेगी। यदि नियमों का उल्लंघन करते पाए गए, तो ऑनस्पॉट फाइन की कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
वहीं अनलॉक में सीमित छूट मिलने से व्यापारियों के एक वर्ग में नाराजगी में भी देखने को मिली। दुकान खोलने की छूट नहीं मिलने से कपड़ा और सर्राफा कारोबारी प्रशासन से नाराज नजर आए।
कपड़ा व्यापारी संघ के कमलेश छुगानी ने प्रशासन से कपड़ा दुकानों को खोलने की अनुमति देने की मांग करते हुए कहा कि लगातार दुकान बंद होने से व्यापारियों के साथ रोजी रोटी का संकट खड़ा हो गया है।
सर्राफा कारोबारी नवनीत अग्रवाल कहते हैं कि लगातार दो सालों से शादी के सीजन में दुकानें बंद होने से व्यापार में बहुत नुकसान उठाना पड़ा है। अब जब कोरोना के संक्रमण कम हो गए है तो प्रशासन को सर्राफा दुकानें खोलने की भी अनुमति देनी चाहिए।
वहीं अनलॉक के पहले चरण में सैलून,ब्यूटी पार्लर को खोलने की अनुमति नहीं मिलने से यहां पर काम करने वाले कर्मचारी काफी नाराज दिखाई दे रहे है। वह कहते हैं कि लॉकडाउन में दुकान बंद होने से दूसरे काम करके किसी तरह घर चलाया अब तो दो जून की रोटी का संकट खड़ा हो गया है।
