भोपाल। प्राणायाम एवं आयुर्वेदिक औषधियां कोरोना को रोकने एवं उसके इलाज में अत्यंत उपयोगी हैं। यह कहना हैं योगगुरु बाबा रामदेव का। बुधवार को मध्यप्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान और प्रदेश के सीएमएचओ के साथ वीडियो कॉन्फेंसिंग में बाबा रामदेव ने आयुर्वेदिक तरीके से कोरोना के इलजा के टिप्स साझा किए।

बाबा रामदेव ने कहा कि कोरोना वायरस से होने वाले संक्रमण को तोड़ने में अश्वगंधा एवं गिलोए अत्यंत कारगर होते हैं। कोरोना मरीजों के उपचार में इनके उपयोग के अच्छे परिणाम सामने आए हैं। बाबा रामदेव ने कहा कि कोरोना को रोकने के लिए गिलोए, तुलसी, काली मिर्च, हल्दी एवं अदरक का काढ़ा रोज पिएं। इससे रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता काफी अच्छी हो जाती है। गिलोए,  अश्वगंधा एवं अणुतेल भी काफी उपयोगी हैं।

उन्होंने कहा कि जिस व्यक्ति की इम्युनिटी (रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता) अच्छी है उसका कोरोना कुछ नहीं बिगाड़ सकता। प्राणायाम एवं आयुर्वेदिक दवाओं के उपयोग से शरीर की रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता बहुत अच्छी हो जाती है।

बाबा रामदेव ने बताया कि कोरोना से बचाव के लिए 6 प्राणायाम भस्त्रिका, कपालभाति, अनुलोम, विलोम, भ्रामरी एवं उज्जयी प्राणायाम नियमित रूप से करें। कोरोना के मरीज भी ये प्राणायाम कर सकते हैं। प्राणायाम का तुरंत लाभ होता है।

वीसी में सचिव आयुष एमके अग्रवाल ने बताया कि मध्यप्रदेश में क्वारेंटाइन सेंटर्स में रहने वाले 4 हजार लोगों को तथा कोरोना के 532  मरीजों को आरोग्य कसायन-20 आयुर्वेदिक औषधि दी गई, जिसके काफी अच्छे परिणाम सामने आए हैं। इन मरीजों में से 504  मरीज स्वस्थ होकर घर चले गए हैं। 

मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने बाबा रामदेव का बताया कि लोगों की रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता बढ़ाने के लिए आयुर्वेदिक दवाओं का प्रयोग किया जा रहा है। अभी तक लगभग 2 करोड़ लोगों को आयुष विभाग के सहयोग से त्रिकटु काढ़े के पैकेट्स वितरित किए गए हैं। कोरोना कार्य में लगे स्वास्थ्यकर्मी, पुलिसकर्मी आदि को भी काढ़ा पिलाया जा रहा है।
