बस जुबान हिलाई और कंठ फूट पड़ा कुछ भी कहने को। दूसरों को कुछ भी कहने नहीं देना है, बस हमें ही कहना है। कटाक्ष करना, व्यंग्य करना और तमाम तरह के बोल वचन बोलना हो तो आप सीख सकते हैं किसी से भी, क्योंकि आपके आसपास इस वाणी के पारंगत लोग बहुतायत में मिल जाएंगे। इस वाणी के भी कई प्रकार होते हैं, जैसे कुछ ऐसी बातें भी होती हैं जिसमें बहुत सोच-विचार की आवश्यकता नहीं होती। ‍प्रतिदिन के बोलचाल की भाषा भी वैखारी वाणी है। 

विशेष : यह कंठ से निकलती है। इस वाणी का प्रभाव सबसे बुरा होता है। यह किसी भी तरह से न खुद का हित करती है और न ही समाज का।

वेदज्ञ कहते हैं कि बहस या तर्क से विवाद का किसी भी प्रकार से अंत नहीं होता। सोच-विचारकर, समझकर सर्वहित में बोलने से कई तरह के संकटों से बचा जा सकता है और समाज में श्रेष्ठ माहौल निर्मित किया जा सकता है। जो व्यक्ति वेदों की वाणी की रक्षा करता है वेद स्वयं उसकी रक्षा करते हैं।

3. मध्यमा वाणी : वैखारी वाणी से थोड़ी उच्च है मध्यमा वाणी। कुछ विचार कर बोली जाने वाली मध्यमा कहलाती है। किसी सवाल का उत्तर सोच-समझकर देने वाले लोग। किसी समस्या पर चिंता न करके उसका सोच-समझकर समाधान ढूंढने वाले लोग या किसी क्रिया की प्रतिक्रिया पर सोच-समझकर बोलने वाले लोग इसी वाणी के अंतर्गत आते हैं

विशेष : यह वाणी हृदय से निकलती है। दिल से निकलने वाले वचन सत्य हो जाते हैं। इसीलिए कहते हैं कि किसी का दिल मत दुखाओ। 

इस वाणी का पहला प्रकार यह है कि जब कोई विचारवान मनुष्य अपने विचारों से थक जाता है और वह निर्विचार दशा में होने लगता है। दूसरा प्रकार यह है कि हम बहुत से ऐसे सीधे-सादे लोग देखते हैं, जो ज्ञान-अज्ञान से परे, संसार की चालाकी से परे हैं। बहुत से ग्रामीण लोग हमें मिल जाएंगे। हमारे बच्चों की वाणी भी वैसी ही होती है।

1. परा वाणी : परा वाणी दैवीय होती है। निर्विचार की दशा में बोली गई वाणी ही परा वाणी होती है या फिर जब मन शून्य अवस्था में हो और किसी दैवीय शक्ति का अवतरण हो जाए तब परा वारी का अवतरण होता है। उदाहरणार्थ कुरुक्षेत्र में भगवान श्रीकृष्ण ने अर्जुन को जो ज्ञान दिया था वह परा वाणी ही थी।

परा वाणी प्राप्त करने के लिए व्यक्ति को सत्य, संयम, संकल्प और ध्यान का अभ्यास करते रहना पड़ता है। इस बीच मौन रहकर साक्षीभाव में स्थिर रहना होता है तभी परा वाणी फलित होती है।

विशेष : यह वाणी नाभि से निकलती है। हालांकि बोलते वक्त यह होंठों से निकली हुई प्रतीत होती है। यह रुहानी या आसमानी वाणी होती है। इस अवस्था के व्यक्ति के जुबा से निकला प्रत्येक शब्द महत्वपूर्ण होता है, जो बहुत ही प्रभावकारी होता है।

हमारे बहुत से ऋषि मुनि शाप दे देते थे या वे कोई आशीर्वाद दे देते थे तो यह उनकी परा वाणी की शक्ति ही थी जिसके बल पर वे ऐसा कर पाते थे। उनका बोला गया वचन आकाश और अंतरिक्ष में घूमकर वैसी परिस्थिति पैदा कर देता था कि फिर वैसा होता था जैसा उन्होंने कहा।
