अपहरण-बलात्कार का आरोप लगाकर विधायक को किया ब्लैकमेल

लखनऊ। तिलहर,-शाजहांपुर से भाजपा के विधायक रोशन लाल वर्मा और उनके बड़े बेटे पर जनपद शाजहांपुर की एक महिला ने बलात्कार, अपहरण जैसे गंभीर आरोप लगाए हैं। विधायक रोशन लाल वर्मा ने बताया कि आरोप लगाने वाली महिला अब मेरे राजनीतिक विरोधियों से मिलकर मीडिया के सामने धरना-प्रदर्शन, आत्मदाह की धमकी दे रही है जिससे जांच प्रभावित हो। विधायक का कहना है कि महिला अर्नगल आरोप लगाकर मुझे ब्लैकमेल कर रही है। महिला मेरी व योगी सरकार की छवि धूमिल कर रही है।

विधायक रोशनलाल वर्मा ने बताया कि उन्होंने मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ को पूरे प्रकरण की लिखित जानकारी देकर घटना की साक्ष्यों के आधार पर निष्पक्ष जांच कराकर न्याय की मांग की है। भाजपा विधायक ने बताया कि

घटना जनवरी 2011 की है जब वे निगोंही, शाहजहांपुर से बहुजन समाज पार्टी से विधायक थे। इस पूरे मामले की सीबीसीआईडी जांच भी हो चुकी है। जांच में किसी प्रकार की घटना का होना नहीं पाया गया तथा महिला ने न्यायालय में धारा 164 दंप्रसं के तहत बयान दिए कि मेरे साथ कोई घटना घटित नहीं हुई।

सीबीसीआईडी ने अंतिम रिपोर्ट न्यायालय में प्रस्तुत कर दी। यही नहीं, सीबीसीआईडी द्वारा प्रकरण को झूठा व असत्य पाते हुए उस महिला के विरुद्ध भादंसं की धारा 182 व 211 के तहत कार्यवाही किए जाने हेतु संस्तुति भी की गई है। विधायक रोशनलाल वर्मा का कहना है कि उनके राजनीतिक विरोधियों से मिलकर महिला ने न्यायालय से पुन: विवेचना की मांग की जिस पर न्यायालय द्वारा पुनः विवेचना के आदेश दे दिए, जिसकी पुनः विवेचना सीबीसीआईडी बरेली द्वारा की जा रही है।

घटना की पृष्ठभूमि की जानकारी देते हुए विधायक रोशनलाल वर्मा ने बताया कि मेरे पुत्र विनोद कुमार वर्मा की शादी 3 मई 2001 को रुचि वर्मा पुत्री उमाशंकर वर्मा निवासी ग्राम बिलरिया थाना रौजा जनपद शाहजहांपुर के साथ हुई थी, जिसके 2 संतान एक लड़की रिया वर्मा उम्र 14 व एक पुत्र ऋषभ उम्र 11 वर्ष है। उन्होंने बताया कि क्षेत्र के गांव अण्डखेड़ा निवासिनी महिला को यह मालूम था कि विनोद शादीशुदा है और उसके दो बच्चे भी है। उसके बावजूद मेरी सम्पत्ति को देखकर उसने मेरे लड़के विनोद से प्रेम प्रसंग एवं संबंध बनाना शुरू कर दिया, जिसकी जानकारी जब मुझे हुई, तब महिला को एवं उसके माता-पिता और अपने बेटे को काफी समझाया बुझाया और विनोद व लडकी को पहली पत्नी रुति वर्मा का भी हवाला दिया, लेकिन मेरी सम्पत्ति देखकर ये लोग नहीं माने। विधायक ने अपनी चल-अचल सम्पत्ति से अपने पुत्र विनोद को बेदखल करके सम्बन्ध समाप्त कर लिए।

इसी बीच विधायक पुत्र विनोद उस महिला को लेकर कही चला गया। इसके बाद महिला के पिता ने विनोद के खिलाफ थाना निगोही में एफआईआर दर्ज करा दी। उसके बाद विनोद व वह महिला निगोही में धर्मपाल पुत्र बनवारी लाल के मकान में बतौर किराए पर रहने लगे, जिसकी जानकारी जब विधायक को हुई तो उन्होंने (आईजी) बरेली से कहकर थाना निगोही की पुलिस से दोनों को पकड़वा दिया। जिससे नाराज होकर उस महिला ने न्यायालय में धारा-164 भादंसं के बयान विधायक रोशन लाल वर्मा व उनके बड़े बेटे मनोज कुमार वर्मा के खिलाफ धारा-363, 366, 376, भादंसं के तहत दे दिए, जिसकी विवेचना सीबीसीआईडी द्वारा की गई। 

विवेचना में किसी प्रकार की घटना का होना नहीं पाया गया तथा उस महिला ने न्यायालय में 164 दंप्रसं के तहत बयान दिए कि मेरे साथ कोई घटना घटित नही हुई जिस पर सीबीसीआईडी अंतिम रिपोर्ट न्यायालय में प्रस्तुत कर दी गई। भाजपा विधायक ने बताया कि उनके राजनीतिक विरोधियों से मिलकर उस महिला ने न्यायालय से पुन: विवेचना की मांग की। न्यायालय द्वारा पुनः विवेचना के आदेश दे दिए हैं। विधायक रोशनलाल वर्मा ने बताया जनवरी  2015 में थाना रौजा में विधायक रोशनलाल वर्मा व उनके छोटे बेटे सचिन वर्मा के खिलाफ लूट व मारपीट का मुकदमा दर्ज कराया गया, जो झूठा पाया गया।
