हैदराबाद से Ground Report : लोगों को रोजगार की चिंता, Vaccine का संकट बरकरार

हैदराबाद। पिछले डेढ़ साल से न सिर्फ भारत बल्कि पूरी दुनिया कोरोनावायरस (Coronavirus) की महामारी से जूझ रही है। कोरोना की पहली लहर ने पूरे विश्व को हिलाकर रख दिया था। बात अगर भारत की करें तो कोविड-19 की दूसरी लहर के बाद आम जन की दिनचर्या पर एकदम से ताला ही लग गया। पूरे देश को एक बार फिर से न चाहते हुए लॉकडाउन (Lockdown) का सामना करना पड़ा। कोरोना के चलते उत्तर भारत के राज्यों में कोरोना का ग्राफ जहां उतार पर है, वहीं दक्षिणी राज्यों में यह आंकड़ा ज्यादा देखने को मिल रहा है। हालांकि तेलंगाना में मामले कम हैं।

बात अगर तेलंगाना की राजधानी हैदराबाद की करें तो, यहां भी लोग कोरोना के साये में ही जी रहे हैं। मौजूदा समय में हैदराबाद में कोरोना के कुल 593 मामले सामने आए हैं, जिनमें 578 एक्टिव केस हैं और इस दौरान कुल 6 लोगों की मौत हो चुकी है जबकि केवल 9 ही लोग अभी तक इससे रिकवर हो पाए हैं।

कैसी है हैदराबाद में LOCKDOWN की स्थिति : तेलंगाना राज्य में लॉकडाउन बुधवार 12 मई को लगा था। लॉकडाउन के पहले चरण के तहत हैदराबाद सहित पूरे राज्य में सुबह 6 से 10 बजे तक दुकानों को खोलने की इजाजत मिली थी। हालांकि, इस दौरान मार्केट में लोग अपनी जरूरत का सामान खरीदने के लिए निकलते हैं और उन्हें सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग का कुछ हद तक पालन करते हुए देखा जा सकता है।

तेलंगाना में पहला लॉकडाउन 12 मई से 31 मई के बीच लगा था, बाद में इसको एक हफ्ते के लिए और आगे बढ़ा दिया गया लेकिन अब बाजारों में अब चहल पहल पहले से ज्यादा बढ़ गई है। दरअसल, तेलंगाना की सरकार ने अब दुकान खोलने की समय सीमा 6 से 10 से बढ़ाकर 6 से दोपहर 1 बजे तक कर दी है।

जिनका काम बंद है, उनकी चिंता : सब्जी, दूध डेयरी, पंसारी की दुकान के अलावा कई ऐसे दुकानदार भी रहे जिनको लॉकडाउन के चलते काफी परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ा। वनस्थलीपुरम में स्थित भाग्यालथा एरिया में वेल्डिंग और लकड़ी के दरवाजों का काम करने वाले एक व्यापारी कृष्णा राव से भी लॉकडाउन में उनके काम पर पड़े असर पर बात की गई तो उन्होंने कहा कि लोग सब्जियां भी खरीद रहे हैं, अनाज भी खरीद रहे हैं लेकिन वेल्डिंग का काम काज पूरी तरह से बंद है और दरवाजों की मरम्मत और खिड़कियों को को लगाने का जो काम होता है वो भी फिलहाल बंद ही है।

इसी दौरान हमारी बात एक ऑटो चालक नवीन रेड्डी से भी हुई और जब उनसे हमने पूछा कि क्या आपने कोविड वैक्सीन लगावाई है तो उन्होंने कहा कि अभी तक स्लॉट नहीं मिल पाया है और मेरे परिवार में से अभी तक किसी को भी वैक्सीन नहीं लगी है। साथ ही उन्होंने ये भी कहा कि लॉकडाउन के चलते सिर्फ ऑनलाइन ऐप के जरिए ही बुकिंग मिल पाती है, वरना पूरा दिन कुछ खास आमदनी भी नहीं हो पाती।

वैक्सीनेशन की स्थिति : हैदराबाद में वैक्सीनेशन को लेकर अभी तक काफी परेशानी देखने को मिल रही है। दरअसल, 18 प्लस की उम्र के लोगों के लिए वैक्सीन ना मिलने की समस्या बहुत अधिक सामने आ रही है। कई ऐसे भी मामले सामने आए जहां पर लोगों को ऐसा बोलते देखा गया कि उनके इलाकों में अभी तक कोरोना वैक्सीन पहुंची ही नहीं है।
