नई दिल्ली। पेट्रोल-डीजल के रास्ते देश में महंगाई एक बार फिर तेजी से पैर पसारती दिखाई दे रही है। मार्च में तेल के दाम बढ़ने से आम आदमी का बजट गड़बड़ा चुका है। अब उसके सबसे बड़ी चुनौती अप्रैल का सामना करना है। इस माह उन वस्तुओं के दाम भी बढ़ने की संभावना है जो मार्च में महंगाई की मार से अछूती रही। 1 अप्रैल में नया वित्त वर्ष भी शुरू हो रहा है। ऐसे में महंगाई के साथ ही कई अन्य बड़े बदलाव भी देखने को मिलेंगे।
महंगे पेट्रोल-डीजल का असर : देश में पिछले 9 दिनों में 8 बार पेट्रोल डीजल के दाम बढ़ाए जा चुके हैं। इस दौरान पेट्रोल के दाम 5.60 रुपए बढ़ चुके हैं। यूक्रेन पर रूसी हमले के बाद अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजार में कच्चे तेल के दाम तेजी से बढ़े और यह 139 डॉलर प्रति बैरल तक पहुंच गए। हालांकि भारत पर इसका असर तब हुआ जब कच्चे तेल की कीमतें घटने लगीं। फिलहाल 1 बैरल क्रूड की कीमत 111.9 डॉलर प्रति बैरल है।
अप्रैल में पड़ेगा असर : महंगे पेट्रोल डीजल का असर देश में अप्रैल में पड़ने की संभावना है। मार्च में 50 रुपए की बढ़ोतरी के बाद अप्रैल में भी रसोई गैस के दाम भी एक बार फिर बढ़ाए जा सकते हैं। टोल टैक्स भी महंगा होने जा रहा है। ऐसे में आवागमन से लेकर माल ढुलाई तक सबके दाम बढ़ने की आशंका है। इसका असर सभी वस्तुओं के दामों पर पड़ेगा। कुछ वस्तुओं की कीमत बढ़ेगी तो कुछ का वजन कम हो जाएगा। चाय, दूध, कॉफी आदि मार्च में ही महंगे हो चुके हैं। महंगाई का असर सर्विसेस पर भी पढ़ेगा।
स्टेशनरी 15 से 25 प्रतिशत महंगी : कई राज्यों में अप्रैल से नया शिक्षा सत्र शुरू हो जाता है। इससे पहले मार्च में स्टेशनरी की कीमतों में 15 से 25 प्रतिशत का इजाफा हुआ है। कॉपी, पेन, पेन्सिल जैसी आवश्यक वस्तुओं के दाम बढ़ने से पैरेंट्स परेशान नजर आ रहे हैं। कोरोना की वजह से पिछले 2 साल लोगों ने केवल ट्यूशन फी चुकाई थी, इस बार उन्हें पूरी फीस चुकानी होगी।
10.7 फीसदी महंगी होंगी दवाएं : सरकार ने जीवनरक्षक दवाओं की कीमतों में 10.7 फीसदी बढ़ोतरी की अनुमति दे दी है। 1 अप्रैल से एंटीबायोटिक्स, एंटी वायरस, पेन किलर दवाएं महंगी हो जाएंगी। डायबिटीज, कैंसर, हाई ब्लड प्रेशर, हेपेटाइटिज जैसी गंभीर बीमारियों के मरीजों को अब 800 से ज्यादा दवाओं पर अधिक कीमत चुकानी होगी।
ऑटोमोबाइल सेक्टर पर महंगाई की मार : वाहन विनिर्माता टोयोटा किर्लोस्कर मोटर (टीकेएम) ने कहा कि वह लागत में हुई बढ़ोतरी की वजह से अपने सभी उत्पादों के दाम में 4 प्रतिशत तक की वृद्धि करने जा रही है। उत्पादों की बढ़ी हुई दरें एक अप्रैल से लागू हो जाएंगी। लग्जरी वाहन विनिर्माता बीएमडब्ल्यू इंडिया ने भी अगले महीने से उत्पादों की कीमतों में 3.5 प्रतिशत तक की बढ़ोतरी करने की घोषणा की थी। इसके अलावा लग्जरी वाहन श्रेणी की अन्य कंपनियों ऑडी और मर्सिडीज बेंज की भी एक अप्रैल से कीमतें बढ़ाने की योजना है। हीरो मोटोकार्प ने भी 5 अप्रैल में बाइक और स्कूटर के दाम बढ़ाने का फैसला किया है।
कंस्ट्रक्शन पर महंगाई की मार : देश में कंस्ट्रक्शन पर भी महंगाई की मार पड़ रही है। इसका सीधा असर रिअल इस्टेट कंपनियों पर पड़ रहा है। पिछले 1 माह में लोहा 25 प्रतिशत महंगा हो गया। सीमेंट की कीमतें भी 15 प्रतिशत बढ़ गई हैं। इस वजह से नए प्रोजेक्ट्स की कॉस्ट में 13 प्रतिशत का इजाफा हुआ है। बहरहाल वक्त की नजाकत को देखते हुए रियल एस्टेट कंपनियों ने अपने प्रोजेक्ट्स की कीमतों में 5 से 12 प्रतिशत का इजाफा किया है। कोरोना काल में मंदी की मार झेल इस सेक्टर पर महंगाई की वजह से एक बार फिर संकट के बादल नजर आ रहे हैं।
संपत्ति सलाहकार कंपनी कोलियर्स इंडिया के अनुसार इस साल दिसंबर तक इनकी कीमतों में 8 से 9 प्रतिशत तक की और वृद्धि हो सकती है। डेवलपर्स अबतक कीमतों में वृद्धि के बारे में सतर्क रहे हैं, क्योंकि बाजार कोविड-19 महामारी से उबर रहा है। हालांकि, अब रियल एस्टेट कंपनियों को लागत में वृद्धि खटकने लगी है और उन्होंने अपनी मूल्य निर्धारण रणनीति की समीक्षा करनी शुरू कर दी है।

पैन आधार लिंक नहीं करना पड़ेगा महंगा : अगर आपने 31 मार्च तक आधार कार्ड से पैन कार्ड को लिंक नहीं करवाया तो आपका पैन कार्ड इन-एक्टिव हो जाएगा। अगर 1 अप्रैल के बाद यह काम करवाया गया तो सरकार फाइन वसूलेगी।
EPF के ब्याज पर टैक्स : सरकार ने नए वित्त वर्ष में EPF के ब्याज पर टैक्स वसूलने का फैसला किया है। सरकारी कर्मचारियों द्वारा 5 लाख और निजी कर्मचारियों द्वारा 2.5 लाख से अधिक के योगदान पर मिलने वाले ब्याज को आय माना जाएगा। इसे आयकर के दायरे में गिना जाएगा।
अघोषित आय का एडजस्टमेंट नहीं : नए वित्त वर्ष से व्यापारियों को पकड़ी गई नकद राशि को पुराने नुकसान से एडजस्ट करने की सुविधा नहीं मिलेगी। इस राशि पर टैक्स देना ही होगा। अब तक व्यापार में हुआ नुकसान अगले 8 साल तक एडजस्ट किया जा सकता था। किसी भी व्यवसायी द्वारा किया गया अवैध खर्च भी एडजस्ट नहीं होगा और उसे कर योग्य आय माना जाएगा।
20 करोड़ टर्नओवर पर भी ई-इनवाइस : अगर किसी व्यावसायिक प्रतिष्ठान या कंपनी का टर्नओवर 20 करोड़ या उससे अधिक है तो उन्हें ई-इनवाइस जारी करना होगा। पहले यह सीमा 50 करोड़ रुपए थे।
ऑडिट ट्रेल रखना भी जरूरी : कंपनियों को अब ऑडिट ट्रेल का रिकॉर्ड रखना होगा। खाते में छोटे-छोटे बदलाव का हिसाब भी रखना होगा। इससे बैक डेट में जाकर बिल और खाते हेर फेर की संभावनाएं खत्म हो जाएगी।
बैंक खाता हो जाएगा फ्रीज : पहले बैंक खाते के KYC अपडेट करने की आखिरी तारीख 31 दिसंबर 2021 थी। हालांकि, देश में कोरोना की वजह से रिजर्व बैंक ने बैंक खातों के केवाईसी अपडेट की समय सीमा 31 दिसंबर 2021 से बढ़ाकर 31 मार्च 2022 कर दी है। अब यदि आप इसे लिंक नहीं करते हैं, तो बैंक खाता फ्रीज हो सकता है।
