नीतीश कुमार ने राज्यपाल को इस्तीफा सौंपा, अब भाजपा क्या करेगी?
पटना। बिहार के मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार ने मंगलवार को राज्यपाल फागू चौहान से मुलाकात की। मुलाकात के बाद नीतीश कुमार ने कहा कि उन्होंने राष्ट्रीय जनतांत्रिक गंठबंधन (राजग) के मुख्यमंत्री पद से इस्तीफा दे दिया है। नीतीश अपनी पार्टी जद (यू) की बैठक में भाजपा नीत राजग से अलग होने का फैसला लिए जाने के बाद राज्यपाल से मिलने पहुंचे।
कुमार अपने आवास से काफिले में निकले और बड़ी संख्या में पार्टी कार्यकर्ताओं का अभिवादन किया, जो अपने नेता की एक झलक पाने के लिए बाहर इंतजार कर रहे थे। विपक्षी राष्ट्रीय जनता दल (राजद) के कार्यकर्ता भी जद (यू) कार्यकर्ताओं के साथ 'नीतीश कुमार जिंदाबाद' के नारे लगाते नजर आए।
गैरभाजपा सरकार का करेंगे समर्थन : कांग्रेस ने बिहार के राजनीतिक घटनाक्रम के बीच मंगलवार को कहा कि प्रदेश में धर्मनिरपेक्ष ताकतों को मजबूत करने में मदद के लिए वह गैरभाजपा सरकार का समर्थन करेगी। सूत्रों का कहना है कि कांग्रेस प्रदेश में राष्ट्रीय जनता दल के फैसले और अपने विधायकों की राय के आधार पर आगे कदम उठाएगी तथा पार्टी के भीतर इस पर सहमति है कि सत्ता परिवर्तन होने पर वह गैर-भारतीय जनता पार्टी (भाजपा) सरकार के साथ होगी। राज्य में कांग्रेस के 19 विधायक हैं।
कांग्रेस महासचिव तारिक अनवर ने कहा कि हमारी लड़ाई वैचारिक है और हम सत्ता के लिए नहीं लड़ रहे हैं। कांग्रेस किसी भी गैर-भाजपा सरकार का सहयोग करेगी और धर्मनिरपेक्ष ताकतों को मजबूत बनाने में मदद करेगी। उन्होंने कहा कि नीतीश कुमार भाजपा का साथ छोड़ रहे हैं, इसलिए हम उनका सहयोग करेंगे।
अब भाजपा क्या करेगी? : राष्ट्रीय जनतांत्रिक गठबंधन (राजग) से जनता दल यूनाइटेड (जदयू) के बाहर होने और बिहार की राजनीति में अचानक से बदले घटनाक्रमों ने भारतीय जनता पार्टी (भाजपा) के कई नेताओं को चौंका दिया। हालांकि भाजपा नेतृत्व कई मुद्दों पर मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार की असहजता से अवगत था।
भाजपा के कई वरिष्ठ नेता सोमवार तक यही समझ रहे थे कि जदयू की ओर से अस्थिरता का माहौल बनाकर एक राजनीति के तहत बयानबाजी की जा रही थी ताकि गठबंधन के बड़े सहयोगी को दबाव में रखा जा सके। इसके बावजूद भाजपा नेता यह मान रहे थे कि गेंद पूरी तरह जदयू के पाले में है और नीतीश कुमार एक सहयोगी को छोड़कर दूसरे सहयोगी के पाले में जाते रहे हैं। उनका मानना था कि राज्य का मुख्यमंत्री बने रहने के लिए वैसे भी कुमार 2014 के बाद 2 बार ऐसा कर चुके हैं।
बहरहाल, भाजपा के नेता राजग से अलग होने की औपचारिक घोषणा के बाद जदयू के आरोपों का जवाब देंगे और अपनी भावी रणनीति को लेकर चर्चा करेंगे। भाजपा और जदयू के बीच पिछले कुछ समय से बढ़ रहीं दूरियों के मद्देनजर भाजपा ने अपने वरिष्ठ नेता और केंद्रीय मंत्री धर्मेन्द्र प्रधान को कई मौकों पर पटना भी भेजा ताकि संकट को दूर किया जा सके।
हाल ही में पटना में केंद्रीय गृहमंत्री अमित शाह ने कहा था कि अगले लोकसभा चुनाव में जदयू के साथ गठबंधन बना रहेगा और वे अगले विधानसभा चुनाव में भी साथ लड़ेंगे। इसके बाद भाजपा नेताओं को उम्मीद थी कि हालात सुधरेंगे। हालांकि कई मुद्दों पर अपने सहयोगी से पहले से ही नाराज चल रहे जदयू ने इसे भाजपा का प्रभुत्व बढ़ाने की रणनीति के रूप में देखा।

बिहार के सूत्रों ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री कुमार 8 सालों में दूसरी बार भाजपा से अलग हुए हैं और वे राज्यपाल फागू चौहान से मिलकर इस्तीफा दे चुके हैं। इससे पहले जदयू के संसदीय बोर्ड के अध्यक्ष उपेंद्र कुशवाहा ने एक ट्वीट में स्पष्ट संकेत दिया कि कुमार जल्द ही इस्तीफा देंगे और राष्ट्रीय जनता दल के साथ के मिलकर नई सरकार बनाएंगे। उन्होंने एक ट्वीट में कहा कि नए स्वरूप में नए गठबंधन के नेतृत्व की जवाबदेही के लिए नीतीश कुमारजी को बधाई। नीतीशजी आगे बढ़िए। देश आपका इंतजार कर कर रहा है।(भाषा)
