मानसून की चाल हुई सुस्त, मुंबई में अभी और इंतजार; कई राज्यों में बारिश का अलर्ट
Monsoon Update : देश में मानसून की धीमी चाल और बारिश की खेंच ने कई राज्यों में चिंता बढ़ा दी है। मौसम विभाग ने अगले कुछ दिनों में मानसून के फिर से सक्रिय होने और पूर्वी व दक्षिणी राज्यों में भारी बारिश की संभावना जताई है। मानसून पिछले कुछ दिनों से पश्चिमी तट पर थमा हुआ है और इसे मुंबई पहुंचने में अभी एक हफ्ते से ज्यादा का समय लग सकता है।
उल्लेखनीय है कि मानसून ने 4 जून को केरल में दस्तक दे दी थी। 2 हफ्ते बाद भी इसके तेवर सुस्त ही बने हुए है। पश्चिम के साथ ही पूर्व में भी इसकी रफ्तार धीमी है। तेलंगाना, आंध्रप्रदेश, तमिलनाडु और महाराष्ट्र में काफी कम बारिश हुई है। मध्य प्रदेश, राजस्थान, उत्तर प्रदेश, बिहार समेत कई राज्यों में मानसून को लेकर चिंता बढ़ गई है। मानसून की सुस्ती की एक बड़ी वजह बंगाल की खाड़ी में किसी मजबूत कम दबाव के क्षेत्र यानी डिप्रेशन का न बनना है।
कहां हैं मानसून?
मौसम विभाग के अनुसार, मानसून की उत्तरी सीमा वर्तमान में हरनई, सोलापुर, हैदराबाद, भद्राचलम, कोरापुट, फूलबनी, रांची, जमुई, मुजफ्फरपुर से होकर गुजर रही है। अगले 4-5 दिनों के दौरान दक्षिण-पश्चिम मानसून के तेलंगाना, ओडिशा, झारखंड और बिहार के कुछ और हिस्सों तथा छत्तीसगढ़ के कुछ भागों में आगे बढ़ने के लिए परिस्थितियां अनुकूल हैं।
मौसम एजेंसी स्कायमेट के अनुसार, अगले 3 से 4 दिनों के दौरान दक्षिण-पश्चिम मानसून के महाराष्ट्र के और अधिक हिस्सों, कर्नाटक के शेष भागों, तेलंगाना, आंध्र प्रदेश, पश्चिम बंगाल तथा ओडिशा, झारखंड, बिहार और छत्तीसगढ़ के कुछ और क्षेत्रों में आगे बढ़ने के लिए परिस्थितियां अनुकूल बनी हुई हैं। दक्षिण ओडिशा तट और उससे सटे उत्तर आंध्र प्रदेश तट के ऊपर समुद्र तल से 3.1 किमी की ऊँचाई पर एक चक्रवाती परिसंचरण बना हुआ है। यह चक्रवाती परिसंचरण दक्षिण ओडिशा तट और उससे सटे उत्तर आंध्र प्रदेश तट से दक्षिण तमिलनाडु तक दक्षिण-पश्चिम बंगाल की खाड़ी के ऊपर समुद्र तल से 3.1 किमी की ऊंचाई पर एक ट्रफ के रूप में विस्तारित है।
मुंबई में कब दस्तक देगा मानसून?
मुंबई में दक्षिण-पश्चिम मानसून सामान्यत: 11 जून तक पहुंच जाता है। मौसम संकेत बताते हैं कि अगले कुछ दिनों तक भी मानसून की स्थिति लगभग स्थिर बनी रह सकती है। अगले एक हफ्ते तक इसके मुंबई पहुंचने के आसार नहीं नजर आ रहे हैं। इससे इंदौर समेत उन स्थानों पर चिंता बढ़ गई है जहां मुंबई के रास्ते मानसून पहुंचता है।
24 घंटों में कहां बरसा पानी?
पिछले 24 घंटों में अरुणाचल प्रदेश, सिक्किम, उप-हिमालयी पश्चिम बंगाल, ओडिशा, झारखंड, तमिलनाडु, केरल, कर्नाटक, तेलंगाना, आंध्र प्रदेश, मध्य प्रदेश, विदर्भ, मराठवाड़ा, अंडमान एवं निकोबार द्वीप समूह तथा जम्मू-कश्मीर में बारिश हुई। राजस्थान, दिल्ली और हरियाणा के कुछ हिस्सों में धूल भरी आंधी, गरज-चमक और बारिश दर्ज की गई। कोंकण एवं गोवा, मध्य महाराष्ट्र तथा लक्षद्वीप में हल्की बारिश हुई।
आज कैसा रहेगा मौसम?
दिल्ली में आज भी आंधी, बारिश का अलर्ट है। राजस्थान के जयपुर, भरतपुर और कोटा समेत 23 जिलों में आज आंधी और बारिश का यलो अलर्ट जारी किया गया है। मध्य प्रदेश के भी रायसेन, छिंदवाड़ा और ग्वालियर समेत 8 जिलों में आज तेज हवाओं के साथ पानी गिरने की संभावना जताई गई है। इस सप्ताह के दौरान पूर्वोत्तर भारत तथा उप-हिमालयी पश्चिम बंगाल और सिक्किम में कहीं-कहीं भारी वर्षा होने की संभावना है। तमिलनाडु, केरल, कर्नाटक, आंध्र प्रदेश, तेलंगाना, उत्तर प्रदेश, हरियाणा और पंजाब में हल्की से मध्यम बारिश हो सकती है।
