वैश्विक महामारी कोरोनावायरस (Coronavirus) के बढ़ते मामलों के चलते प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने आज ही के दिन यानी 24 मार्च 2020 को 21 दिन के देशव्यापी लॉकडाउन (Lockdown) की घोषणा की थी। ...और इसके बाद शुरू हुआ पूरे देश में एक अभूतपूर्व बदहवासी का माहौल। फिर ट्रेन हो, बस हो, ऑटो, मोटर साइकिल, यहां तक कि साइकिल और पैदल ही अपनी 'मंजिल' की और दौड़ पड़े। कई लोग इनमें से ऐसे भी थे, जिन्होंने मंजिल पर पहुंचने से पहले 'जिंदगी' का साथ छोड़ दिया।

भरी गर्मी में सड़कों पर सैकड़ों किलोमीटर के सफर पर निकले इन लोगों पांवों के छाले जहां उनकी पीड़ा की गवाही दे रहे थे, वहीं उनके पांवों से रिसता दर्द लोगों के दिलों को भी जख्मी कर रहा था। जिन्होंने इस पीड़ा को भोगा वे तो दुखी थे ही मगर जिन्होंने देखा और महसूस किया वे भी अपने आंसुओं को नहीं रोक पाए।

याद कीजिए वे दृश्य जब एक बेबस मां अपने विकलांग बेटे को कपड़े और डंडे के सहारे लेकर सड़क पर आगे बढ़ रही थी, वहीं एक पति अपनी पत्नी और मासूम बच्चे को हाथ से बनाई गाड़ी पर बैठाकर महाराष्ट्र जा रहा था। वो दृश्य भी हम नहीं भूले होंगे जब महाराष्ट्र से मध्यप्रदेश लौट रहे मजदूर थकान से चूर होने के बाद रात को पटरी पर ही सो गए थे। सुबह 5.30 के लगभग गुजरी एक मालगाड़ी ने 16 प्रवासी मजदूरों को हमेशा के लिए सुला दिया।

उस दौर में ऐसी कितनी ही घटनाएं थीं। कोई सड़क हादसे में मारा गया, किसी ने चि‍लचिलाती धूप निढाल होकर दम तोड़ दिया। एक बार फिर हम उसी 'वक्त' में पहुंच गए हैं। कोरोना संक्रमण के मामले तो उस वक्त से भी कई गुना है। ...और यदि कोरोनावायरस के खिलाफ इस जंग को जीतना है तो हर व्यक्ति को अपनी भागीदारी निभानी होगी। हमें सतर्क रहना होगा, सजग रहना होगा, लापरवाही बिलकुल नहीं करनी होगी, मास्क लगाना होगा, भीड़ से बचना होगा। यह तभी संभव होगा, जब हम इसके प्रति संकल्पित होंगे। क्योंकि कोई भी एक और लॉकडाउन के लिए तैयार नहीं है।

आइए आपको एक बार ‍उन दृश्यों की याद दिला दें, जो पिछले साल कोरोना लॉकडाउन में आम थे...
