वरिष्ठ पत्रकार और प्रसिद्ध शिक्षाविद प्रोफेसर संजय द्विवेदी को इंडियन इंस्टिट्यूट ऑफ़ मास कम्युनिकेशन (IIMC ) के महानिदेशक पर नियुक्त किया गया हैं और वह बहुत जल्द अपनी नई जिम्मेदारी संभालने जा रहे हैं। उत्तर प्रदेश के बस्ती जिले के रहने वाले प्रोफेसर संजय द्विवेदी वर्तमान में माखनलाल चतुर्वेदी पत्रकारिता विश्वविद्यालय के प्रभारी कुलपति भी हैं। वेबदुनिया ने भारतीय जनसंचार संस्थान के नवनियुक्त महानिदेशक प्रोफेसर संजय द्विवेदी से खास बातचीत की।
वेबदुनिया - IIMC के डीजी पद पर आपकी नियुक्ति मध्यप्रदेश के लिए एक गौरव की बात हैं, आप किस विजन के साथ IIMC जा रहे हैं ?
प्रो.संजय द्विवेदी - जी, निश्चित रूप से मध्यप्रदेश के लिए गौरव की बात हैं, मेरे अपने विश्वविद्यालय माखनलाल चतुर्वेदी पत्रकारिता विश्वविद्यालय के लिए भी गौरव की बात हैं कि यहां से पढ़ाई और मध्यप्रदेश की धरती पर कर्मभूमि के रूप में काम करने के बाद मैं IIMC जैसे महत्वपूर्ण संस्थान के महानिदेशक की कुर्सी पर जा रहा हूं, विजन तो यहीं हैं कि IIMC जैसा बड़ा और महत्वपूर्ण संस्थान जो भारत सरकार के प्राइम इंस्टिट्यूट में गिना जाता हैं, वह पहले से ही बहुत अच्छा संस्थान है उसको और बेहतर बनना, सूचना प्रसारण मंत्रालय की उस परिकल्पना को कि IIMC एक विश्वविद्यालय के रूप में रूप में स्थापित हो, इस दिशा में प्रयास होगा।
वेबदुनिया-आप हमेशा युवाओं को आगे बढ़ाने की बात कहते हैं और अब आप बहुत कम उम्र में IIMC जैसे राष्ट्रीय और महत्वपूर्ण संस्थान के महानिदेशक की कामकाज संभालने जा रहे हैं ?
प्रो. संजय द्विवेदी -देखिए मुझे लगता हैं जो विश्वास जताया गया हैं मुझ पर, शासन और प्रशासन ने उसको लिए मैं माननीय मंत्री प्रकाश जावड़ेकर जी और सभी का धन्यवाद करता हूं। मेरा चयन बकायदा चयन प्रकिया के जरिए हुआ हैं तो निश्चित रूप से उन्होंने कुछ संभावनाएं देखी होगी मेरे अंदर जिसके लिए मुझे बड़ी जिम्मेदारी दी गई हैं।
वेबदुनिया - वैश्विक महामारी कोरोना के समय माखनलाल यूनिवर्सिटी ने ऑनलाइन संवाद एक अलग तरह की श्रृखंला शुरु की गई।
प्रो. संजय द्विवेदी - माखनलाल चतुर्वेदी पत्रकारिता विश्वविद्यालय प्रारंभ से ही नवाचारों की तरफ प्रेरित करता रहा हैं और बहुत से नवाचार कार्यक्रम यहां पहले से होते रहे हैं, मैंने कुछ नया किया ऐसा नहीं है, विश्वविद्यालय में सतत संवाद की एक परंपरा हैं।
इन आयोजनों के माध्यम से जो हम सीखते हैं और जिस तरह राष्ट्रीय स्तर के लोगों से संवाद करते हैं और उनकी प्रतिभा से परिचय होते हैं, तो यह माखनलाल की एक पंरपरा हैं और इसका ही मैने निर्वाहन किया और इस नाते पहले 8 दिनों का हिंदी पत्रकारिता सप्ताह जिसका उद्घाटन माननीय राज्यपाल लालजी टंडन ने किया और उसके बाद कुलपित संवाद जिसमें 6 राज्यों के 7 कुलपित ने अपने विचार रखे और इसके बाद स्त्री शक्ति संवाद कार्यक्रम का आयोजन हुआ। इन संवादों के माध्यम से विद्यार्थियों को प्रेरणा मिलती हैं उनको मोटिवेशन मिलता है और नया सीखने का अवसर प्राप्त होता है।

प्रो. संजय द्विवेदी - देखिए मुझे लगता हैं कि अपने काम में ईमानदारी और प्रामणिकता रखने के साथ परिश्रम करना चाहिए क्योंकि इसका कोई विकल्प नहीं हैं। सामान्य परिवार से आने वाले बच्चों के पास दो ही शक्ति होती है उनकी क्रिएटिविटी और उनके आईडियाज, अगर परिश्रम के साथ काम करते है तो अपार संभावनाएं हैं, मीडिया और आईटी के क्षेत्र में काम करने वालों की बहुत जरूरत हैं, आज अच्छे काम करने वालों का अभाव हैं। अगर धैर्य के साथ थोड़ा समय देकर अपनी योग्यता और स्किल को बढ़ाते हुए धीरे धीरे आगे बढ़े तो निश्चित रूप से हम उन ऊंचाइयों और सफलता को प्राप्त कर सकते हैं जो हमारे तमाम शीर्ष लोगों ने प्राप्त की है

प्रो. संजय द्विवेदी - माखनलाल चतुर्वेदी पत्रकारिता विश्वविद्यालय एक ऐसा संस्थान हैं जिसके अनके विद्यार्थियों ने शिखरतम पद हासिल किए हैं। आज अनेक संपादकों, टीवी चैनल के एडिटर का नाम ले सकता हूं, अगर मैं नाम गिनाऊंगा तो संकट पैदा होगा, मैं अकेला नहीं हूं ऐसे अनेक पत्रकार है जो आज देश ही नहीं विदेश में बड़े बड़े पदों पर कार्यरत हैं और जिन्होंने यूनिवर्सिटी की नाम रोशन किया है
वेबदुनिया - कुलगुरू के रूप में आपका माखनलाल और IIMC के छात्रों के लिए क्या मंत्र देना चाहेंगे?
प्रो. संजय द्विवेदी - मेरा एक ही मंत्र है, मेहनत से कभी पीछे नहीं रहिए, अपनी क्रिएटीविटी, आईडियाज, लेखन की शक्ति से अपने व्यक्तित्व को को मांजते हुए चलिए। हर दिन हमें कुछ सीखना हैं ये भाव लेकर चालिए तो धीरे-धीरे आपका व्यक्तित्व ऐसा व्यक्तित्व बनेगा जिससे लोग आर्कषित होंगे जिससे लोग सीखना चाहेंगे और सफलता आपके कदम चूमेंगी। मैं माखनलाल और आईआईएमसी के सभी विद्यार्थियों को उनके उज्जवल भविष्य की शुभकामना देता हूं वह आगे चलकर मीडिया और आईटी के क्षेत्र में भारत का नेतृत्व करें।
