बिगड़ी 'सूरत', आग में स्वाहा उम्मीदें...

गुजरात की आर्थिक राजधानी सूरत में शुक्रवार शाम हुए भीषण हादसे में डेढ़ दर्जन से ज्यादा बच्चे असमय ही काल के गाल में समा गए। जिस कोचिंग क्लास में बच्चे अच्छे जीवन का सपना लेकर पढ़ाई कर रहे थे, वहां न सिर्फ उनके सपने भस्म हो गए, बल्कि उनके जीवन का भी दुखद अंत हो गया।

आग में स्वाहा उम्मीदें : एक चार मंजिला इमारत में आग लगने से 20 बच्चों समेत 21 लोगों की मौत हो गई। इसके साथ ही इस आग में ध्वस्त हो गईं उन 20 परिवारों की उम्मीदें,‍ जिनके बच्चे कुछ कर गुजरने की आस लिए इस कोचिंग में पढ़ाई कर रहे थे।

दर्द का दरिया : उन 21 परिवारों, जिन्होंने अपनों को खोया है, वहां अब मातम पसरा हुआ है और परिजनों के दिलों में जो दर्द उमड़ रहा है, उसे शब्दों में बयां करना नामुमकिन है।

मौत को मात : भीषण आग के बावजूद कुछ बच्चों ने हिम्मत नहीं हारी। उन्होंने जान बचाने के लिए ऊपर से छलांग लगा दी। उन्हें नीचे मौजूद लोगों ने बचा लिया। 15 वर्षीय राम वाघाणी ने भी कूदकर अपनी जान बचाई।

जांबाजी को सलाम : दिल दहलाने वाले इस हादसे के वक्त संयम और बहादुरी का परिचय देते हुए केतन और जतिन नकरानी नामक 2 युवकों ने कई बच्चों की जान बचाई। केतन ने करीब 19 से ज्यादा बच्चों की जान बचाई। जतिन ने तत्काल क्लास खाली कराई और पांच बच्चों को बचाया। दो और बच्चों को बचाने के लिए वह ऊपर की मंजिल पर पहुंचे, जतिन ने बच्चों को तो बचा लिया, पर खुद घायल हो गए।

लापरवाही : इस पूरे हादसे में सरकारी लापरवाही भी सामने आई। एक तो पांच मिनट की दूरी तय करने में फायर ब्रिगेड को लगभग आधा घंटा लग गया, वहीं दमकल टीम के पास पूरे संसाधन भी नहीं थे। इसके साथ ही बताया जा रहा है कि तक्षशिला परिसर की चौथी मंजिल पूरी तरह अवैध थी, जिसकी तरफ किसी का भी ध्यान नहीं गया।
