नई दिल्ली। कम दबाव का क्षेत्र दक्षिणपूर्व और उससे सटे दक्षिण पश्चिम बंगाल की खाड़ी पर बना हुआ है। संबद्ध चक्रवाती परिसंचरण औसत समुद्र तल से 5.8 किमी तक फैला हुआ है। यह आज शाम तक एक दबाव के रूप में केंद्रित हो सकता है और उत्तरी तमिलनाडु तट की ओर बढ़ जाएगा।
बंगाल की खाड़ी में बादलों का भंवर चक्रवात में बदल गया है, जो तमिलनाडु और आंध्रप्रदेश में भारी बारिश की स्थिति बना रहा होगा। सबसे ज्यादा चेन्नई में असर होने की आशंका है। चक्रवात से दक्षिण के सभी राज्यों में बारिश की संभावना है। छत्तीसगढ़, ओडिसा को भी यह लपेटे में ले सकता है।
ट्रफ रेखा चक्रवाती हवाओं के क्षेत्र से लेकर मन्नार की खाड़ी तक फैली हुई है। 13 नवंबर के आसपास दक्षिण अंडमान सागर और आसपास के क्षेत्र में एक नया निम्न दबाव का क्षेत्र बनेगा और यह धीरे-धीरे तेज होते हुए पश्चिम उत्तर पश्चिम दिशा में आगे बढ़ेगा। स्काईमेट के अनुसार पिछले 24 घंटों के दौरान तमिलनाडु के तटीय इलाकों में मध्यम से भारी बारिश हुई है। आंतरिक तमिलनाडु, दक्षिण तटीय आंध्र प्रदेश और अंडमान और निकोबार द्वीप समूह में हल्की से मध्यम बारिश हुई।
बाढ़ से बेहाल तमिलनाडु : तमिलनाडु के अधिकांश हिस्सों में लगातार बारिश हो रही है। चेन्नई (Chennai Rain) समेत कई जिलों में बारिश के कारण हालात खराब हैं। सड़कों पर जलजमाव होने से लोगों को परेशानी हो रही है। मौसम विभाग (IMD) की ओर से गुरुवार को राज्य के अधिकांश हिस्से में भारी बारिश की चेतावनी जारी की गई है। राज्य के राजस्व और आपदा प्रबंधन मंत्री केकेएसएसआर रामचंद्रन ने जानकारी दी है कि अब तक बारिश जनित घटनाओं में प्रदेश में 12 लोगों की मौत हुई है।
चेन्नई के अधिकांश हिस्सों में बारिश के कारण जलजमाव होने से जनजीवन अस्त व्यस्त है। 75 हजार अफसरों को ड्यूटी पर लगाया गया है। तमिलनाडु में पूर्वोत्तर मानसून के कारण एक अक्टूबर से अब तक सामान्य से 50 प्रतिशत अधिक बारिश हो चुकी है और 90 प्रमुख जलाशयों में से 53 जलाशयों में पानी 76 प्रतिशत भंडारण स्तर तक पहुंच गया है।
केरल, दक्षिण आंतरिक कर्नाटक और लक्षद्वीप के कुछ हिस्सों में हल्की बारिश हुई। दिल्ली-एनसीआर के साथ-साथ भारत के गंगा के मैदानी इलाकों का वायु प्रदूषण बहुत खराब श्रेणी में बना हुआ है।

अगले 24 घंटों के दौरान, तमिलनाडु के तटीय भागों और इससे सटे दक्षिण तटीय आंध्र प्रदेश में भारी से बहुत भारी बारिश संभव है। आंतरिक तमिलनाडु, दक्षिण आंतरिक कर्नाटक और रायलसीमा के अलग-अलग हिस्सों में हल्की से मध्यम बारिश हो सकती है। केरल, तटीय कर्नाटक और अंडमान और निकोबार द्वीप समूह में हल्की से मध्यम बारिश संभव है। तेलंगाना, उत्तरी आंतरिक कर्नाटक और लक्षद्वीप में हल्की बारिश हो सकती है। दिल्ली और एनसीआर में वायु प्रदूषण बहुत खराब श्रेणी में रह सकता है।
उत्तर भारत में पहाड़ों पर बर्फबारी का दौर शुरू होने के बाद मैदानी इलाकों में भी मौसम करवट ले रहा है। सुबह-शाम के समय हल्की ठिठुरन के साथ दोपहर में धूप की तपिश कम हो रही है। हवा में नमी का स्तर अधिक होने की वजह से सुबह के समय हल्का कोहरा छाया हुआ है।
अगले 24 घंटे में भी सुबह के समय दिल्ली के कुछ इलाकों में हल्का कोहरा छाया रह सकता है। मौसम विभाग का पूर्वानुमान है कि सप्ताह भर तक धूप खिलने के साथ मौसम खुशनुमा बना रहेगा। प्रदेश में उत्तरी पश्चिमी हवाएं चल रही है जिसकी वजह से मौसम सूखा बना हुआ है।
अयोध्या, कानपुर व लखनऊ मंडल में अधिकतम तापमान 3 से 5 डिग्री सेल्सियस तक सामान्य से कम दर्ज किया गया। गोरखपुर, बरेली, झांसी और मेरठ मंडलों में अधिकतम तापमान में 1.5 से लेकर 3 डिग्री सेल्सियस तक कम दर्ज किया गया।
