भगोरिया में लड़की से छेड़छाड़ का मामला: वीडियो देख पुलिस एक्शन में, 15 आरोपी हिरासत में

अलीराजपुर जिले में युवकों ने 2 लड़कियों के साथ छेड़छाड़ की घटना को अंजाम दिया।। युवकों ने युवतियों को बीच सड़क न केवल छेड़ा, बल्कि एक को तो भीड़ में घसीट लिया। इस दौरान भीड़ आरोपियों को रोकने के बजाए घटना का वीडियो बना रहे थे।

इस घटना का वीडियो वायरल होते ही जिले में बवाल मच गया। आदिवासी संगठनों से जुड़े लोगों ने इस पर कार्रवाई की मांग की। इस मामले में पुलिस ने 15 आरोपियों को हिरासत में लिया है। घटना शुक्रवार की है। भीड़ आरोपियों को रोकने के बजाए हंसते हुए दिख रही है। किसी ने उन्हें रोका नहीं। 15 आरोपियों को हिरासत में लिया है।

जानकारी के मुताबिक, भगोरिया मेले में घूम रहे युवकों में से एक ने युवती को पकड़ा और उसके साथ अश्लील हरकत की। युवती जैसे-तैसे उससे खुद को छुड़ाकर भागी तो दूसरे युवक ने पकड़ लिया। युवती लगातार विरोध करती रही, लेकिन कुछ नहीं कर सकी। आरोपी उसे खींचते हुए भीड़ में ले गया। मामला सामने के बाद अब बवाल मचा हुआ है। आदिवासी समाज से जुड़े संगठनों ने घटना की निंदा की है और आरोपियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की मांग की है।

भगोरिया, जैसे ही ध्वनित होता है यह नाम, सामने थिरक उठती हैं आदिवासी समूह की सुंदर भोली, मादक, मोहक और मधुर संस्कृति...मांदल की मंद मंद और तेज तेज थाप, चांदी के आभूषण की खनखन, मुस्कुराते युवा, शोख चंचल लजाती इठलाती युवतियां.... गुलाबी फागुन में उफनता प्यार का चटख रंग. . ढोल-मांदल के साथ मीठी सुरीली बांसुरी की आवाज, ताड़ी की महक और मस्ती.... चुहलबाजियां और चहचहाना.... माना कि समय के साथ भगोरिया बदला है, आदिवासी युवाओं के फैशन और चालचलन में अंतर आया है, सोशल मीडिया ने इस पर्व को और अधिक रंगत दी है लेकिन इसी सोशल मीडिया के हमारे भोलेभाले युवाओं को संस्कृति से विकृति की तरफ धकेल दिया है... उसी का परिणाम है भगोरिया हाट में होने वाली वह बदतमीजी जिसे देख कर घृणा से उबकाई आ जाए....

हर कोई तमाशा देख रहा था, वीडियो बन रहे हैं किसी को युवतियों की मदद के लिए आगे बढ़ते नहीं देखा गया... ये हम कहां जा रहे हैं? कहां जा कर रूकेंगे? ये जो थोड़ी बहुत मधुरता, सरलता और सहजता बची है हमारे पर्वों में, हमारी लोक संस्कृति में क्या सब अब धूमिल हो जाएगी इन गंदे दिमागों से जोर जबरजस्ती करने वाले युवाओं के हाथ पड़कर....

क्या है भगोरिया

मालवा और निमाड़ के आदिवासियों का रंगारंग उत्सव है भगोरिया... मध्यप्रदेश और छत्तीसगढ़ के आदिवासियों में इसको लेकर विशेष उत्साह नजर आता है। होलिका दहन से 7 दिन पूर्व शुरू होने वाले इस भगोरिया पर्व में युवा वर्ग की भूमिका खासी महत्वपूर्ण होती है।

भगोरिया का अर्थ है भाग कर शादी करना। इसका वास्तविक स्वरूप परस्पर पसंद के साथ जीवन साथी को चुनने और नाच-गाने तक ही सीमित था पर अब भगोरिए में आ रही शहरी विकृतियां जैसे जैसे पैर पसार रही है इस उत्सव की मासूमियत जाती रही है... हालिया घटनाक्रम के मद्देनजर अब जरूरी है कि इस पर शासन-प्रशासन की कड़ी निगरानी हो, सुरक्षा के माकूल इंतजाम हो और सीसीटीवी कैमरे की हर तरफ आंख हो....

अब तक तो भगोरिया के सामूहिक नृत्य में ढोल की थाप, बांसुरी की ध्वनि और घुंघरुओं की रुनझुन सुनाई देती रही है ले‍किन कोई अचरज नहीं कि इसी तरह विकृतियां पनपती रही तो चीखें और चीत्कार सुनाई देगी.... मनमोहक रंगों की छटा नहीं बल्कि गिरते चरित्र की कालिमा दिखाई देगी... सुंदर सजीले चेहरे नहीं भय से आपूरित सूरतें नजर आएगी...

युवतियां चांदी के चमचम आभूषण के बजाय संटियां और सुरक्षा के हथियार पहनने लगेंगी...

भगोरिया में क्या होता है?

भगोरिया हाट-बाजारों में युवक-युवती अपने जीवनसाथी को ढूंढने आते हैं। लड़का लड़की को पान खाने के लिए देता है। यदि लड़की पान खा ले तो हां समझी जाती है और फिर लड़का लड़की को लेकर भगोरिया हाट से भाग जाता है और दोनों शादी कर लेते हैं। इसी तरह यदि लड़का लड़की के गाल पर गुलाबी रंग लगा दे और जवाब में लड़की भी लड़के के गाल पर गुलाबी रंग मल दे तो भी रिश्ता तय माना जाता है।

इस मासूम सी परंपरा पर यह काला रंग किसने चढ़ाया? जा‍हिर है कि जैसे जैसे समय बदला खबरें छनछन कर आती रही पर हम अनभिज्ञ बने रहे, खुलेपन के नाम पर बदतमीजी और कुचेष्टा को बढ़ावा देते रहे, कहीं कोई बंदिश नहीं, कहीं कोई अनुशासन नहीं.... और आज परिणाम सामने है.. खुलेआम मर्जी के खिलाफ लड़कियों से बदसलूकी...

लोक संस्कृति, लोक परंपरा और लोक रीति रिवाज और विरासत ने इस देश की खूबसूरती को बनाए और बचाए रखा है अगर इस समय भी हम नहीं संभले तो हमारी हाथों में कुछ नहीं बचेगा सिवाय जगंली और वहशी लूट लेने वाले कल्चर के.... ये इंस्टा, ये फेसबुक, ये ट्विटर, ओटीटी पर सब खुलेपन पर बोलते रहेंगे, खुलापन दिखाते रहेंगे, और हम इन घटनाओं को ऐसे ही देखते-सुनते रहेंगे....

और फिर सूख जाएगी सौम्यता और शिष्टता की वह नदी जो हमारे लोक मानस को अब तक पोषित करती रही है....
