गुड़ी पड़वा : संस्कृति को संजोए रखने का शुभ संकल्प लें....

गुड़ी पड़वा हिन्दू नववर्ष के रूप में भारत में मनाया जाता है। इस दिन सूर्य, नीम पत्तियां,अर्घ्य, पूरनपोली, श्रीखंड और ध्वजा पूजन का विशेष महत्व होता है। माना जाता है कि चैत्र माह से हिन्दूओं का नववर्ष आरंभ होता है। सूर्योपासना के साथ आरोग्य, समृद्धि और पवित्र आचरण की कामना की जाती है। इस दिन घर-घर में विजय के प्रतीक स्वरूप गुड़ी सजाई जाती है।

उसे नवीन वस्त्राभूषण पहना कर शकर से बनी आकृतियों की माला पहनाई जाती है। पूरनपोली और श्रीखंड का नैवेद्य चढ़ा कर नवदुर्गा, श्रीरामचन्द्र जी एवं राम भक्त हनुमान की विशेष आराधना की जाती है।

यूं तो पौराणिक रूप से इसका अलग महत्व है लेकिन प्राकृतिक रूप से इसे समझा जाए तो सूर्य ही सृष्टि के पालनहार हैं। अत: उनके प्रचंड तेज को सहने की क्षमता हम पृ‍‍थ्वीवासियों में उत्पन्न हो ऐसी कामना के साथ सूर्य की अर्चना की जाती है।

इस दिन सुंदरकांड, रामरक्षास्तोत्र और देवी भगवती के मंत्र जाप का खास महत्व है। हमारी भारतीय संस्कृति ने अपने आंचल में त्योहारों के इतने दमकते रत्न सहेजे हुए हैं कि हम उनमें उनमें निहित गुणों का मूल्यांकन करने में भी सक्षम नहीं है।

इन सारे त्योहारों का प्रतीकात्मक अर्थ समझा जाए तो हमें जीवन जीने की कला सीखने के लिए किसी 'कोचिंग' की आवश्यकता ही नहीं रहेगी। जैसे शीतला सप्तमी का अर्थ है कि आज मौसम का अंतिम दिवस है जब आप ठंडा आहार ग्रहण कर सकते हैं। आज के बाद आपके स्वास्थ्य के लिए ठंडा आहार नुकसानदेह होगा। साथ ही ठंड की विधिवत बिदाई हो चुकी है अब आपको गर्म पानी से नहाना भी त्यागना होगा।

कई प्रांतों में रिवाज है कि गर्मियों के रसीले फल, व्यंजन आदि गुड़ी को चढ़ाकर उस दिन से ही उनका सेवन आरंभ किया जाता है।

वास्तव में इन रीति रिवाजों में भी कई अनूठे संदेश छुपे हैं। यह हमारी अज्ञानता है कि हम कुरीतियों को आंख मूंदकर मान लेते हैं। लेकिन स्वस्थ परंपरा के वाहक त्योहारों को पुरातनपंथी कह कर उपेक्षित कर देते हैं। हमें अपने मूल्यों और संस्कृति को समझने में शर्म नहीं आना चाहिए।

आखिर उन्हीं में हमारी सेहत और सौन्दर्य का भी तो राज छुपा है।

नववर्ष में हम सूर्य को जल अर्पित करते हुए कामना करें कि हमारे देश के आध्यात्मिक और सांस्कृतिक उत्थान का 'सूर्य' सदैव प्रखर और तेजस्वी बना रहें। जुबान पर नीम पत्तियों को रखते हुए कड़वाहट को त्यागें और कामना करें बस मिठास की। यह सांस्कृतिक सौन्दर्य का पर्व है, इस दिन अपनी संस्कृति को संजोए रखने का शुभ संकल्प लें।
