भोपाल। मध्यप्रदेश के तेजी से सियासी घटनाक्रम में विधानसभा अध्यक्ष ने सिंधिया समर्थक उन 6 विधायकों के इस्तीफे मंजूर कर लिए है जो कमलनाथ सरकार में मंत्री थे।
विधानसभा स्पीकर एनपी प्रजापति ने विधायकों के इस्तीफे को स्वीकार करते हुए इन विधायकों के आचरण को आयोग्य ठहरा दिया। विधानसभा अध्यक्ष ने जिन विधायकों के इस्तीफे को मंजूर किया है उनको व्यक्गित रूप से हाजिर होने का नोटिस दिया था।
इससे पहले शुक्रवार को मुख्यमंत्री कमलनाथ की सिफारिश पर राज्यपाल ने इन सभी 6 मंत्रियों को बर्खास्त कर दिया था। इससे पहले सिंधिया समर्थक इन विधायकों ने 10 मार्च को विधानसभा की सदस्यता से इस्तीफे का पत्र विधानसभा अध्यक्ष को भेज दिया था।
स्पीकर ने जिन विधायकों के इस्तीफे स्वीकार किया है उसमें इमरती देवी, तुलसी सिलावट, प्रभुराम चौधरी, प्रदुम्नसिंह तोमर, गोविंद सिंह राजपूत और महेंद्र सिंह सिसोदिया है।
उधर भाजपा ने केवल 6 विधायकों के इस्तीफे स्वीकार करने पर विधानसभा अध्यक्ष पर सवाल उठाए हैं। नेता प्रतिपक्ष गोपाल भार्गव ने कहा जब सभी 22 विधायकों ने इस्तीफा दिया था तो विधानसभा अध्यक्ष ने केवल 6 विधायकों के इस्तीफे क्यों स्वीकार किए। उन्होंने कहा कि ऐसा कर स्पीकर दोहरी नीति अपना रहे है।

कांग्रेस ने जारी किया व्हिप : उधर कांग्रेस ने बदली हुई रणनीति के तहत अपने विधायकों के लिए व्हिप जारी कर दिया है। संसदीय कार्यमंत्री और मुख्य सचेतक डॉक्टर गोविंद सिंह ने विधायकों के लिए राज्यसभा चुनाव और बजट सत्र के लिए व्हिप जारी किया है। ऐसे में अगर विधायक व्हिप का उल्लंघन करते हैं तो उन पर व्हिप के उल्लंघन करने पर पार्टी कार्रवाई कर सकती है।
सदन का समीकरण : इन 6 विधायकों के इस्तीफे के बाद मध्यप्रदेश विधानसभा का सियासी समीकरण भी अब बदल गए है। 230 सदस्यीय विधानसभा में अब विधायकों की संख्या बल 222 पहुंच गए हैं।
सदन में 2 सीटें पहले से ही दो विधायकों के निधन के चलते खाली थी और अब 6 विधायकों के इस्तीफे के बाद संख्याबल 222 पहुंच गया है।
इन बदली ही परिस्थितियों में विधानसभा में मैजिक नंबर का आकंड़ा 112 पर पहुंच गया है। 6 विधायकों के इस्तीफे स्वीकार करने के बाद कांग्रेस ने दावा किया है कि इस समय उसके पास मैजिक नंबर से अधिक विधायक है।
