उस्ताद अलाउद्दीन खान संगीत एवं कला अकादमी मध्यप्रदेश संस्कृति परिषद व पर्यटन विभाग द्वारा सैतालिसवें खजुराहो नृत्य समारोह-2021 का आयोजन आगामी 20 से 26 फरवरी तक खजुराहो में किया जा रहा है।
इस समारोह में विभिन्न भारतीय शास्त्रीय नृत्य शैलियों का प्रदर्शन होगा। मंदिरों का शहर खजुराहो पूरे विश्व में मुड़े हुए पत्थरों से निर्मित मंदिरों के लिए प्रसिद्ध है। खजुराहो को इसके अलंकृत मंदिरों की वजह से जाना जाता है जो कि देश के सर्वोत्कृष्ठ मध्यकालीन स्मारक हैं।
भारत के अलावा दुनियाभर के आगन्तुक और पर्यटक प्रेम के इस अप्रतिम सौंदर्य के प्रतीक को देखने के लिए निरंतर आते रहते है। हिन्दू कला और संस्कृति को शिल्पियों ने इस शहर के पत्थरों पर मध्यकाल में उत्कीर्ण किया था।

संभोग की विभिन्न कलाओं को इन मंदिरों में बेहद खूबसूरती के उभारा गया है। इस समारोह में नृत्य के अलावा इसमें कला प्रेमियों के लिए यहां विभिन्न कार्यक्रमों का आयोजन किया जायेगा जिसमें, भरतनाट्यम पर एकाग्र, नेपथ्य, ललित कलाओं का मेला, आर्ट मार्ट संस्कृति के विभिन्न आयामों पर विमर्श, कलावार्ता देशज कला परंपरा का मेला, हुनर कला, कलाकार एवं कला परंपरा पर केंद्रित फिल्मों का उपक्रम, चलचित्र टेराकोटा एवं सिरेमिक पर केंद्रित कार्यशाला एवं प्रदर्शनी, समष्टि बुंदेली व्यंजनों का मेला, स्वाद खजुराहो के अलग-अलग लोक नृत्य का आयोजन, लोकोत्सव शामिल है।
इसके अलावा समारोह के दौरान खजुराहो में कैंपिंग, ओल्ड खजुराहो विलेज टूर, जल क्रीड़ा व ई-बाइक टूर का आयोजन भी किया जा रहा है। मध्ययुगीन वैभव, यानी मेडीवल स्पलेंडर नामक टूर में खजुराहो के आसपास के स्थल देखने का मौका मिलेगा।
