सुमित्रा महाजन ने कहा, भारत के सांसद पढ़ेंगे संविधान

पद्मश्री अभय छजलानी द्वारा संकलित पुस्तक 'अपना इंदौर' का विमोचन

इंदौर। सांसद और लोकसभा अध्यक्ष श्रीमती सुमित्रा महाजन ने कहा कि भारत के सांसद जल्द ही संविधान की पढ़ाई करेंगे। इसके लिए संविधान के बारे में सांसदों को सिखाने के लिए अभ्यास वर्ग लगाया जाएगा। 

श्रीमती महाजन नईदुनिया के पूर्व प्रधान संपादक वरिष्ठ पत्रकार पद्मश्री अभय छजलानी द्वारा संकलित 'अपना इंदौर' के तीन भागों का लोकार्पण कर रही थीं। उन्होंने कहा कि स्पीकर रिसर्च इनिशिएटिव के माध्यम से भी मैं अपने स्तर पर काम कर रही हूं। हम विभिन्न प्रदेशों के चुनिंदा पत्रकारों को भी संसद में बुलाते हैं। अब तक 15 से 17 प्रदेशों के पत्रकारों को बुलाकर संसद की गतिविधियों के बारे में जानकारी दे चुके हैं। ताई ने कहा कि पत्रकारिता का स्तर दिनोदिन नीचे आ रहा है। पहले राष्ट्रीय, अंतरराष्ट्रीय खबरें ज्यादा होती थीं, फिर अखबार प्रदेश, संभाग और अब तो जिले तक सिमट कर रह गए हैं।

ताई ने अभयजी के प्रयासों की सराहना करते हुए कहा कि नईदुनिया के माध्यम से उन्होंने इंदौर को बनाने में  महत्वपूर्ण योगदान दिया। उन्होंने पत्रकारिता, सामाजिक, राजनीतिक क्षेत्रों में जो काम किया, उसे भुलाया नहीं जा सकता। इंदौर के संदर्भ में महाजन ने कहा कि शहर पहले जैसा रहे, यह संभव नहीं है। नया तो बनाना पड़ेगा, मगर इंदौर का चित्र बिगाड़ना नहीं है। उन्होंने कहा कि स्वच्छता में इंदौर नंबर वन बना है तो सिर्फ नगर निगम की वजह से नहीं बल्कि यहां के लोगों की जागरूकता का भी इसमें योगदान है।

सुमित्रा महाजन ने कहा कि इंदौर के लोग ही इंदौर की ताकत हैं। बस, हमें इंदौरीपन की भावना को और पक्का करना है तथा लोगों में इंदौर के लिए काम करने की भावना जगाना है। हो सकता है कि इस दिशा में जितनी कोशिशें होनी चाहिए नहीं हुई हों, इसके लिए इंदौर के लोगों को भी आगे आना होगा चाहे वह खान नदी की सफाई का मामला हो या फिर विकास से जुड़े अन्य मुद्दे। दरअसल, पद नहीं भाव से काम होना चाहिए। 

पूर्व राज्यपाल जस्टिस वीएस कोकजे ने 'अपना इंदौर' की सराहना करते हुए कहा कि जानकारी लोगों तक पहुंचे, यह आज की आवश्यकता है। बिना जानकारी के अपनत्व का भाव पैदा नहीं होता। उन्होंने कहा कि आज के बच्चों को अमेरिका और यूरोप की जानकारी तो है, लेकिन इंदौर और उसके आसपास की जानकारी नहीं है। ऐसे में किताब आने वाली पीढ़ियों के लिए अच्छा प्रयास है। उन्होंने कहा कि इंदौर सामाजिक समरसता का सबसे बड़ा उदाहरण है और यह समरसता अभी से नहीं बल्कि रियासत काल से है। 

न्यायमूर्ति अशोक चितले ने कहा कि 'अपना इंदौर' के रूप में अभयजी ने खजाना जुटाया है। पुस्तक की गहराई देखकर मुझे आश्चर्य हुआ। इस ‍पुस्तक में मेरे अपने पूर्वजों के बारे में कुछ जानकारियां तो ऐसी हैं जिनके बारे में मुझे भी पता नहीं था। इस पुस्तक को आप कहीं से भी पढ़ सकते हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि इंदौर की मिट्‍टी ही ऐसी है जो यहां आता है, यहीं का होकर रह जाता है। खान नदी ‍की स्थिति पर चिंता व्यक्त करते हुए चितले ने कहा कि हमें अपना इंदौर चाहिए। साथ ही अपना इंदौर कैसा हो इस पर भी चर्चा होनी चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि यह पुस्तक अंग्रेजी में भी आना चाहिए, ताकि जानकारी ज्यादा लोगों तक पहुंच सके। 

पद्मश्री छजलानी ने कहा कि आज का इंदौर पहले वाला इंदौर नहीं रहा, जिसकी 50-60 साल पहले चर्चा होती थी। उन्होंने सवाल उठाया कि क्या आज का इंदौर इंदौरियों के लिए है? इंदौर पहले की तरह क्यों नहीं अपना जीवन आगे बढ़ा सकता? उन्होंने कहा कि हमेशा ऐसा माना जाता रहा है कि इंदौर में सब कुछ है, पहले दूसरे शहरों को देख लें। दुर्भाग्य से इस बात का किसी ने विरोध भी नहीं किया। सत्ता, साधन और पद्धति को इसके लिए दोषी नहीं ठहराया जा सकता। दरअसल, हम इंदौर को जानना ही नहीं चाहते। इंदौर में क्या था यह बताना बहुत जरूरी है। यह पुस्तक उसी दिशा में एक प्रयास है। 

स्वागत भाषण देते हुए वेबदुनिया और डायस्पार्क के संस्थापक विनय छजलानी ने कहा कि इंदौर भारत का दिल है और इसमें पूरा देश समाहित है। इंदौरीपन इस शहर की खासियत है। व्यक्ति कहीं का भी यहां आकर पूरा इंदौरी हो जाता है। अत: पुस्तक का शीर्षक 'अपना इंदौर' से अच्छा कुछ हो ही नहीं सकता था। अतिथियों का स्वागत रिंकू आचार्य और प्रेस क्लब उपाध्यक्ष नवनीत शुक्ला ने किया। आभार प्रदर्शन करते हुए वेबदुनिया के संपादक जयदीप कर्णिक ने कहा कि व्यक्ति को कभी अपने अस्तित्व को नहीं भूलना चाहिए। कार्यक्रम का संचालन संजय पटेल ने किया।
