भोपाल। मध्यप्रदेश की राजधानी भोपाल इस बार लोकसभा चुनाव में देश की सबसे हाईप्रोफाइल सीट में शुमार हो गई है। लगभग 16 साल बाद चुनावी राजनीति में वापस लौटने वाले कांग्रेस के दिग्गज नेता और मध्यप्रदेश के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री दिग्विजय सिंह संघ के गढ़ माने जाने भोपाल लोकसभा सीट से चुनावी मैदान में है।
साल 1985 के बाद भोपाल सीट नहीं जीत सकी कांग्रेस इस बार अपने चुनावी चाणक्य के जरिए संघ और बीजेपी के गढ़ को भेदने की तैयारी में है, वहीं दिग्विजय को रोकने के लिए संघ ने भी प्लान तैयार कर लिया है।
संघ के गढ़ को भेदने का 'दिग्विजयी' दांव : मध्यप्रदेश में 15 साल बाद कांग्रेस को सूबे की सत्ता में वापस लाने में दिग्विजय सिंह का अहम रोल रहा, वहीं अब लोकसभा चुनाव में कांग्रेस पर विधानसभा चुनाव की तरह बेहतर प्रदर्शन करने का दबाव है। ऐसे में कांग्रेस के चाणक्य माने जाने वाले दिग्विजय सिंह ने एक बार फिर बीजेपी और संघ को उसी के गढ़ में पटखनी देने और चुनाव में मनोवैज्ञानिक बढ़त बनाने के लिए भोपाल से चुनाव लड़ने का फैसला किया है।
दिग्विजय सिंह उस लोकसभा सीट से चुनावी मैदान में हैं, जो 30 साल से बीजेपी के साथ-साथ संघ का अभेद दुर्ग बना हुआ है। दिग्विजय सिंह जब 10 साल तक मध्यप्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री थे तब भी भोपाल लोकसभा सीट पर बीजेपी का ही कब्जा था।
1985 में आखिरी बार कांग्रेस को इस सीट पर जीत हासिल हुई थी। इसके बाद 1989 से लगातार 8 लोकसभा चुनाव में भोपाल में बीजेपी कांग्रेस को पटखनी देती आई है। ऐसे में इस बार लोकसभा चुनाव में जब सूबे में कांग्रेस की सरकार है तब कांग्रेस ये नहीं चाहती है कि इस बार भोपाल लोकसभा सीट बीजेपी के कब्जे में रहे। ऐसे में कांग्रेस ने अपने तुरूप के इक्के यानी दिग्विजय सिंह को भोपाल से चुनावी मैदान में उतार दिया है।
वैसे तो दिग्विजय सिंह के लिए राजगढ़ सबसे सुरक्षित सीट मानी जा रही थी और खुद मुख्यमंत्री कमलनाथ ने भी कहा कि दिग्विजय सिंह राजगढ़ से ही लोकसभा चुनाव लड़ना चाहते थे लेकिन उनके कहने पर दिग्विजय सिंह भोपाल से लोकसभा चुनाव लड़ने को तैयार हुए।

दिग्विजय को रोकने के लिए संघ का प्लान : दिग्विजय सिंह के भोपाल से लोकसभा चुनाव लड़ने के ऐलान के बाद संघ भी सक्रिय हो गया है। अपने बयानों के जरिए अक्सर संघ पर निशाना साधने वाले दिग्विजय सिंह को चुनाव जीतने से रोकने के लिए संघ ने व्यूहरचना बनाने पर काम शुरू कर दिया है।
संघ की कोशिश है कि भोपाल से ऐसे चेहरे को चुनावी मैदान में उतारा जाए जिससे वोटों का ध्रुवीकरण किया जा सके और अधिक से अधिक मतदान कराए जा सके। संघ चुनाव में धार्मिक तुष्टिकरण की राह पर आगे बढ़ता हुआ दिखाई दे सकता है। इसके लिए संघ ने दिग्विजय सिंह की हिन्दूविरोधी और देशविरोधी छवि को उभारने की तैयारी कर ली है। संघ चुनाव में दिग्विजय के भगवा आतंकवाद और संघ को हिन्दुओं का आतंकी संगठन देने वाले बयान को हवा देने की तैयारी कर रहा है।
संघ से जुड़े सूत्र बताते हैं कि इस विषय पर संघ के बड़े नेताओं और बीजेपी नेताओं के बीच चर्चा लगातार जारी है, वहीं दूसरी ओर संघ से जुड़ीं साध्वी प्रज्ञा भारती ने भी दिग्विजय सिंह के खिलाफ चुनाव लड़ने की इच्छा जारी कर दी है।
वरिष्ठ पत्रकार शिव अनुराग पटैरिया कहते हैं कि दिग्विजय सिंह के मैदान में उतरने के बाद पूरा चुनावी मुकाबला दिलचस्प हो गया है। अब बीजेपी और कांग्रेस दोनों ही पार्टियां वोटरों के ध्रुवीकरण की कोशिश करेंगी। ऐसे में संघ ऐसे प्रत्याशी को चाहेगा जिसके आने के बाद वोटरों को ध्रुवीकरण बीजेपी के पक्ष में हो सके। पटैरिया कहते हैं कि दिग्विजय को रोकने के लिए जितनी जिम्मेदारी बीजेपी की है उससे अधिक संघ की है और इसलिए संघ अपनी पूरी ताकत झोंक देगा।
भोपाल सीट पर वोटों का गणित : भोपाल लोकसभा सीट पर इस समय कुल वोटरों की संख्या 21 लाख से अधिक है। इसमें 5 लाख से अधिक मुस्लिम वोटर हैं, जो कांग्रेस का परंपरागत वोट बैंक माना जाता है।
अगर 2014 के लोकसभा चुनाव की बात करें तो बीजेपी उम्मीदवार आलोक संजर ने कांग्रेस उम्मीदवार पीसी शर्मा को 3 लाख 70 हजार से अधिक वोटरों से हराया था। आलोक संजर को 7 लाख से अधिक वोट हासिल हुए थे, वहीं इस बार विधानसभा चुनाव में कांग्रेस ने इस खाई को पाट दिया है।
कांग्रेस ने भोपाल में 7 विधानसभा सीटों में से 3 पर कब्जा कर लिया है। इस वक्त बीजेपी के पास केवल 63 हजार की बढ़त हासिल है। ऐसे में इस बार लोकसभा चुनाव में वोटरों को ध्रुवीकरण करने में बीजेपी और कांग्रेस कोई कोर-कसर नहीं छोड़ेगी।
