public toilet | लड़कियों के नाम और नंबर शौचालयों में क्यों?
रेलवे स्टेशन की दीवारों और सार्वजनिक शौचालयों में लड़कियों के नाम के साथ उनका मोबाइल नंबर लिखकर जनहित में यह बताने वालों की कमी नहीं है कि ये लड़कियां वेश्याएं हैं और आप इन नंबरों पर इनसे संपर्क कर चरम सुख पा सकते हैं।
पब्लिक टॉयलेट में लड़कियों के नाम और नंबर देख मन में कुछ सवाल उठते हैं। इस तरह की कुंठित मानसिकता वाले इन मनोरोगियों में इतनी अमानवता आखिर आती कहां से है? ये निर्लज्ज ऐसा काम कर आखिर किस मुंह में अपनी मां और बहनों का सामना करते होंगे? इनकी भी बेटियां होंगी या भविष्य में ये भी किसी बच्ची के पिता बनेंगे, तो क्या उनसे नजरें मिला पाएंगे?
इन्हीं सवालों के जवाब देते हुए दिल्ली के एक निजी अस्पताल की मनोरोग विशेषज्ञ तराना सैनी ने आईएएनएस से कहा, "यह एक तरह की बिगड़ी हुई मनोदशा ही है और यह मनोदशा उन्हीं लोगों में देखने को मिलती है, जो महिलाओं को हवस मिटाने की वस्तु के तौर पर देखते हैं। कई मामलों में इस तरह के लोग दोहरा जीवन जी रहे होते हैं। समाज के सामने यह सज्जनों की तरह बर्ताव करते हैं, लेकिन असल में भीतर से कुंठित मानसिकता के शिकार होते हैं।"
नोएडा में एक प्रतिष्ठित कंपनी में काम करने वाली दिशा (काल्पनिक नाम) आईएएनएस के साथ अपनी आपबीती साझा करते हुए कहती हैं, "पिछले कुछ महीनों से मेरे पास ब्लैंक कॉल आ रहे थे। कॉल करने वाला बस मेरा नाम पूछता था और फोन काट देता था। यह सिलसिला कई महीनों तक चलता रहा। एक दिन अचानक अंजान नंबर से मुझे एक व्हाट्सएप मैसेज मिला, जिसमें लिखा था कि आपके रेट क्या हैं? आप एक घंटे का कितना चार्ज करती हैं? जब मैंने यह पढ़ा तो मेरे पैरों के नीचे से जमीन खिसक गई। पूछने पर उस शख्स ने बताया कि उसे एक मेट्रो स्टेशन के पुरुषों के टॉयलेट की दीवार से मेरा नाम और नंबर मिला।"
हैरत कि बात यह है कि दिशा के ऑफिस में काम करने वाली सुमेधा अग्रवाल का अनुभव भी कुछ इसी तरह का रहा है और दोनों ने समान रूप से प्रताड़ना झेली है। दिशा कहती हैं, "उस शख्स को जब मैंने पुलिस में शिकायत दर्ज कराने की धमकी दी, तो वह डरकर माफी मांगने लगा और उसने मुझे टॉयलेट की दीवार पर लिखे लड़कियों के नाम और नंबर का स्क्रीनशॉट भेजा। इसमें मेरे ऑफिस की कलीग सुमेधा और एक और महिला मित्र का भी नाम और नंबर लिखा था।"
जिस मेट्रो स्टेशन के टॉयलेट में ये सब लिखा गया, वह दिशा और सुमेधा के दफ्तर के पास ही है। दिशा कहती हैं, "हम दोनों पुलिस को इसकी जानकारी देने के बाद उस मेट्रो स्टेशन गए और वहां तैनात सीआईएसएफ के कर्मी को इससे अवगत कराया। बाकायदा, वहां तैनात सुरक्षा अधिकारी टॉयलेट में पहुंचे और उसका मुआयना किया और हमें बताया कि वहां दर्जनभर लड़कियों के नाम लिखे हुए हैं, जिसे हमने काले पेंट से मिटवाया।"
इसी मेट्रो स्टेशन पर तैनात सीआईएसएफ के एएसआई देवेंद्र सिंह ने आईएएनएस को बताया, "इस तरह की शिकायत को गंभीरता से लिया गया। हमने टॉयलेट की नियमित जांच के लिए बोल दिया है। अब हम आगे से सजग होकर काम करेंगे।" वह आगे कहते हैं, "दरअससल, दिक्कत यही है कि आज का युवा बहुत बेशर्म हो गया है। उसे गलत और सही की समझ नहीं है। अब हम अंदर क्या हो रहा है या इस शख्स के दिमाग में क्या चल रहा है, इसे तो पढ़ नहीं सकते।"
दिल्ली मेट्रो स्टेशन पर शौचालयों के रखरखाव का ठेका सुलभ इंटरनेशनल के पास है। नोएडा मेट्रो लाइन पर सुलभ इंटरनेशनल के ठेकेदार सुबोध इस पर लीपापोती करने में जुट गए। पुलिस शिकायत पर वह मेट्रो स्टेशन पर नियमित चेकिंग की दुहाई देने लगे।
मामले की गंभीरता को देखकर दिल्ली मेट्रो के प्रवक्ता अनुज दयाल ने आईएएनएस को बताया, "मामला संज्ञान में आने के बाद हम दिल्ली में सभी मेट्रो स्टेशनों के शौचालयों में जांच करेंगे कि कहीं किसी और शौचालय में तो इस तरह की हरकत नहीं की गई।"
मनोवैज्ञानिक डॉक्टर तराना इस मामले पर रोशनी डालते हुए कहती हैं, "सबसे पहले यह सोचना बंद करना होगा कि एक शिक्षित और समाज में रसूख वाला शख्स इस तरह की हरकत नहीं कर सकता। एक ही ऑफिस की कुछ लड़कियों के नंबर एक साथ सार्वजनिक स्थान पर लिखे गए हैं, तो इसमें पूरी संभावना है कि ऑफिस के ही किसी शख्स ने द्वेष में यह हरकत की हो।"
लड़कियों के नाम और नंबर शौचालयों में लिखकर कोई भी उन्हें समाज की नजर में सेक्स वर्कर नहीं बना सकता। जरूरी है कि लड़कियां इस से डर कर चुप हो कर ना बैठ जाएं, बल्कि दिशा और सुमेधा की ही तरह इसके खिलाफ आवाज उठाएं।
