इंदौर मंदिर हादसा : प्रशासन ने मंदिर परिसर का अतिक्रमण हटाया, मूर्तियां दूसरे मंदिर में पहुंचाई गईं

इंदौर। इंदौर में बावड़ी पर बने एक मंदिर का फर्श धंसने से 36 श्रद्धालुओं की मौत के चार दिन बाद स्थानीय प्रशासन ने सोमवार को सुबह इस धार्मिक परिसर के आसपास से अतिक्रमण हटाने की मुहिम शुरू की और देवी-देवताओं की मूर्तियां अन्य देवस्थान में पहुंचाईं।

अधिकारियों ने बताया कि पटेल नगर के बेलेश्वर महादेव झूलेलाल मंदिर परिसर में भारी पुलिस बल की मौजूदगी में यह मुहिम शुरू की गई और मंदिर तक पहुंचने के रास्तों पर बैरिकेड लगाए गए। उन्होंने बताया कि मंदिर परिसर के आस-पास करीब 10000 वर्ग फुट जमीन से अतिक्रमण हटाने की कार्रवाई की जा रही है।

इस बीच, मौके पर मौजूद एक पंडित ने बताया कि इस कार्रवाई से पहले मंदिर की मूर्तियों की विधि-विधान से पूजा की गई और इन्हें कांटाफोड़ मंदिर ले जाकर स्थापित किया गया।

जूनी इंदौर थाने के प्रभारी नीरज मेड़ा ने बताया कि हादसे के बाद बेलेश्वर महादेव झूलेलाल मंदिर ट्रस्ट के अध्यक्ष सेवाराम गलानी और सचिव मुरली कुमार सबनानी के खिलाफ भारतीय दंड विधान की धारा 304 (गैर इरादतन हत्या) के तहत प्राथमिकी दर्ज की गई थी।

मेड़ा ने बताया कि ट्रस्ट के दोनों पदाधिकारियों के खिलाफ आरोप है कि उन्होंने बावड़ी पर छत डालकर बेहद असुरक्षित निर्माण कराया जिससे हुए हादसे के कारण 36 लोगों को अपनी जान गंवानी पड़ी। उन्होंने बताया, इंदौर नगर निगम ने ट्रस्ट को मंदिर परिसर से अवैध निर्माण हटाने का आदेश दिया था, लेकिन ट्रस्ट ने यह आदेश नहीं माना।
