कोरोनावायरस से बचने के लिए साफ-सफाई पर विशेष रूप से ध्यान देने की जरूरत है, क्योंकि इस वक्त आप अपना ज्यादा समय घर पर बिता रहे हैं। यदि आप घर की साफ-सफाई का ख्याल नहीं रखते हैं तो वायरस का खतरा बढ़ सकता है। इसलिए इस वायरस से निपटने के लिए अपने घर को भी तैयार रखें। तो आइए जानते हैं कुछ जरूरी बातें...
 
किचन- हमारे घर का सबसे महत्वपूर्ण भाग किचन होता है। यहां वैसे भी हम साफ-सफाई का विशेषतौर पर ध्यान रखते ही हैं। किचन में बाहर से आई किसी भी चीज को बिना सैनिटाइज करें जगह न दें। चाहे बात सब्जियों, फलों या किसी अन्य चीजों की हो, पहले आप सामान को अच्छी तरह से सैनिटाइज करें और उसके बाद ही अपने किचन में उन्हें रखें। किचन के प्लेटफॉर्म को साफ करने के लिए आप डिटर्जेंट का घोल तैयार कर ब्रश की मदद से अच्छी तरह साफ कर सकती हैं। आप सुबह और शाम दोनों समय सफाई का ख्याल रखें।
 
सब्जियों व फलों को साफ करने के लिए एप्पल साइडर विनेगर गर्म पानी में मिला लें। इसमें आधा चम्मच नमक मिला लें। अब इस घोल से सब्जियों और फलों को साफ करके आप फ्रिज में स्टोर करके रखें।
 
बाथरूम- कोरोनावायरस से निपटने के लिए घर के हर कोने की सफाई बहुत जरूरी है। बाथरूम को नियमित रूप से साफ करें। यदि कोई बाहर का व्यक्ति आपके घर आया है और बाथरूम का इस्तेमाल करता है तो पहले आप बाथरूम को अच्छी तरह से साफ करें, उसके बाद ही इसका इस्तेमाल करें।
 
मंदिर- मंदिर की नियमित रूप से सफाई जरूरी है। यदि आप बाहर से कोई सामान ला रहे हैं तो उन्हें पहले साफ करें, उसके बाद ही उनका इस्तेमाल करें। किसी भी चीज का इस्तेमाल करने से पहले आप उसे पहले अच्छी तरह से धो लें। पूजा का रूम साफ करना बेहद जरूरी है। अगर उस कमरे में छोटा-सा मंदिर भी हो तो उसे भी साबुन के पानी से अच्छी तरह से साफ करें। मिट्टी के दीपक साफ करने के लिए साबुन और गरम पानी के घोल में इन्‍हें भिगो दें और कुछ देर बाद ब्रश से घिसकर साफ कर लें और रात में ही सुखाकर रख लें।
 
लिविंग रूम- लिविंग रूम की सफाई को नजरअंदाज न करें। अनावश्यक सामान को सबसे पहले हटाएं, क्योंकि इनमें रखे-रखे धूल जमने लगती है और गंदगी फैलती है इसलिए इन्हें हटा दें। वायरस से बचने के लिए हर चीज की सफाई करें। स्विच बोर्ड को साफ करें, क्योंकि यहां हमारा हाथ खूब जाता है। पर्दों की रॉड को भी साफ करें। अलमारियों के ऊपर व सोफे के पीछे की जगह को न छोड़ें। शो-पीस को साफ करें। कार्पेट के नीचे फर्श की सतह को साफ करें। दरवाजों के हैंडल को साफ करें। अच्छी तरह से पूरी जगह पोंछा लगाएं। पोंछा लगाने के लिए हल्के गर्म पानी में नमक डालें और इस पानी से घर का पोंछा लगाएं।
 
बेडरूम- कोरोना से बचने के लिए सफाई का ख्याल रखना कितना जरूरी है, यह बात आप बहुत अच्छी तरह से जानते हैं। अधिकतर समय बेडरूम में आराम करते हुए गुजरता है, ऐसे में वहां की सफाई का विशेष ध्यान देना जरूरी है। बेडशीट को समय-समय पर धोते रहें। हमेशा साफ बेडशीट ही बिछाएं, पिलो कवर हर हफ्ते बदलें। बाहर से आए कपड़ों को बेडरूम में न रखें, इन्हें तुरंत धोने डालें। बाहर के जूते-चप्पल को भी बेडरूम में न रखें। पर्दों को अच्छी तरह से धोकर ही इनका उपयोग करें। बेडरूम में लगी फोटो फ्रेम पर से धूल हटाते रहें। अपने टीवी और एसी को अच्छे से साफ कर लें। उन पर कवर चढ़ाकर रखें, इससे वो कम गंदे होंगे। टीवी और एसी के रिमोट को नियमित साफ करते रहें।

डाइनिंग टेबल- डाइनिंग टेबल की सफाई करते समय ध्यान रखें कि टेबल पर बिना सैनिटाइज किए फलों को नहीं रखना है। पहले फलों को अच्छी तरह से साफ करें फिर उन्हें डाइनिंग टेबल पर रखें।
