होली पर (रंग खेलने से पहले पूर्णिमा को) हनुमानजी को एक विशेष पान अर्पित करने से जीवन की हर समस्या का नाश होता है।

कैसे बनवाएं हनुमानजी के लिए विशेष पान : इस पान में केवल कत्था, गुलकंद, सौंफ, खोपरे का बुरा और सुमन कतरी डलवाएं। यह पान एकदम ताजा, मीठा और रसभरा होना चाहिए। ध्यान रहे कि पान में चूना, तंबाकू एवं सुपारी नहीं डलती है।

कैसे करें हनुमानजी को पान अर्पण : विधि-विधान से पूजन करने के बाद अरज करें 'हे हनुमानजी। यह मीठा पान अर्पण है। मेरे जीवन में मिठास भर दीजिए। हनुमानजी को यदि यह बोलकर अर्पण किया जाए तो बजरंगबली की कृपा से कुछ ही दिनों में हर समस्या दूर हो जाएगी।
