एंटीबायोटिक तत्वों से भरपूर नीम को सर्वोच्च औषधि के रूप में जाना जाता है। यह स्वाद में भले ही कड़वा हो, लेकिन इससे होने वाले लाभ अमृत के समान होते हैं। वैसे तो नीम के पास आपकी हर समस्या का इलाज है, लेकिन आइए अभी जान लेते हैं, नीम के 10 औषधीय गुण -
1 बिच्छू ततैया जैसे विषैले कीटों द्वारा काट लेने पर, नीम के पत्तों को महीन पीस कर काटे गए स्थान पर उसका लेप करने से राहत मिलती है, और जहर भी नहीं फैलता।
2 किसी प्रकार का घाव हो जाने पर भी नीम के पत्तों का लेप लगाने से काफी लाभ मिलता है। इसके अलावा जैतून के तेल के साथ नीम की पत्तियों का पेस्ट बनाकर लगाने से नासूर भी ठीक हो जाता है।
3 दाद या खुजली की समस्याएं होने पर, नीम की पत्तियों को दही के साथ पीसकर लगाने पर काफी जल्दी लाभ होता है। और दाद की समस्या समाप्त हो जाती है।
4 गुर्दे में पथरी होने की स्थिति में नीम के पत्तों की राख को 2 ग्राम मात्रा में लेकर, प्रतिदिन पानी के साथ लेने पर पथरी गलने लगती है, और मूत्रमार्ग से बाहर निकल जाती है।
5 मलेरिया बुखार होने की स्थिति में नीम की छाल को पानी में उबालकर, उसका काढ़ा बना लें। अब इस काढ़े को दिन में तीन बार, दो बड़े चम्मच भरकर पीने से बुखार ठीक होता है और कमजोरी भी ठीक होती है।
6 त्वचा रोग होने पर, नीम के तेल का प्रयोग करना लाभकारी होता है। नीम के तेल में थोड़ा सा कपूर मिलाकर शरीर पर मालिश करने से त्वचा रोग ठीक हो जाते हैं।
7 नीम के डंठल में, खांसी, बवासीर, प्रमेह और पेट में होने वाले कीड़ों को खत्म करने के गुण होते हैं। इसे प्रतिदिन चबाने या फिर उबालकर पीने से लाभ होता है।
8 सिरदर्द, दांत दर्द, हाथ-पैर दर्द और सीने में दर्द की समस्या होने पर नीम के तेल की मालिश से काफी लाभ मिलता है। इसके फल का उपयोग कफ और कृमिनाशक के रूप में किया जाता है।
9 नीम के दातुन से दांत मजबूत होते हैं और पायरिया की बीमारी भी समाप्त होती है। नीम की पत्तियों का काढ़ा बनाकर उससे कुल्ला करने पर दांत व मसूढ़े स्वस्थ रहते हैं, और मुंह से दुर्गंध भी नहीं आती।
10 चेहरे पर कील मुहांसे होने पर नीम की छाल को पानी में घिसकर लगाने से फायदा होता है। इसके अलावा नीम की पत्तियों का लेप करने से भी त्वचा रोग के कीटाणु नष्ट होते हैं। नीम के तेल में कपूर मिलाकर त्वचा लगाने से भी फायदा होता है।
