बेंगलुरु। भारत की करीब 50 प्रतिशत कामकाजी महिलाएं कोविड-19 महामारी की वजह से अधिक दबाव महसूस कर रही हैं। ऑनलाइन पेशेवर नेटवर्क लिंक्डइन के एक सर्वे में यह निष्कर्ष निकाला गया है।
सर्वे में कहा गया है कि इस महामारी की वजह से देश की कामकाजी महिलाएं भावनात्मक रूप से प्रभावित हो रही हैं। सर्वे में शामिल 47 प्रतिशत महिलाओं ने कहा कि महामारी की वह से वे अधिक दबाव या बेचैनी महसूस कर रही हैं।
वहीं पुरुषों की बात जाए, तो उनके लिए यह आंकड़ा कुछ कम है। 38 प्रतिशत कामकाजी पुरुषों ने कहा कि महामारी की वजह से उनपर दबाव बढ़ा है। लिंक्डइन ने गुरुवार को लिंक्डइन श्रमबल विश्वास सूचकांक का दसवां संस्करण जारी किया। यह सर्वे भारतीय श्रमबल के भरोसे को दर्शाता है।
यह सर्वे 27 जुलाई से 23 अगस्त के बीच 2,254 पेशेवरों में किया गया। इसमें देश की कामकाजी मांओं और कामकाजी महिलाओं पर महामारी के प्रभाव का आकलन किया गया है। इसके अलावा सर्वे में ‘फ्रीलांसर’ यानी स्वतंत्र रूप से काम करने वाले लोगों के व्यक्तिगत वित्त और करियर को लेकर संभावनाओं का भी आकलन किया गया है। महामारी की वजह से बच्चों की देखभाल को लेकर भी चुनौतियां सामने आई हैं।

सर्वे में कहा गया है कि देश का कुल भरोसा धीरे-धीरे बढ़ रहा है। इसमें कहा गया है कि घर से काम यानी वर्क फ्रॉम होम की वजह से कामकाजी मांओं की दिक्कतें बढ़ी है। अभी तीन में से एक महिला (31 प्रतिशत) पूरे समय बच्चों की देखभाल कर रही है। वहीं सिर्फ पांच में से एक यानी 17 प्रतिशत पुरुष ही पूरे समय बच्चों की देखभाल रहे हैं।
सर्वे में कहा गया है कि 5 में से 2 यानी 44 प्रतिशत महिलाओं को अपने बच्चों की देखभाल के लिए कार्य के घंटों से आगे भी काम करना पड़ रहा है। वहीं 25 प्रतिशत पुरुषों को ऐसा करना पड़ रहा है।
सर्वे के अनुसार, 5 में से सिर्फ 1 यानी 20 प्रतिशत महिलाएं ही अपने बच्चों की देखभाल के लिए परिवार के सदस्यों या मित्रों पर निर्भर हैं। वहीं पुरुषों के मामले में यह आंकड़ा 32 प्रतिशत का है।
करीब 46 प्रतिशत महिलाओं ने कहा कि उन्हें देर तक काम करने की जरूरत पड़ रही है। वहीं 42 प्रतिशत महिलाओं ने कहा कि बच्चों के घर पर होने की वजह से वे काम पर ध्यान नहीं दे पातीं।
फ्रीलांसर के रूप में काम करने वाले लोगों में से 25 प्रतिशत ने कहा कि उन्हें आमदनी में बढ़ोतरी की उम्मीद है। 27 प्रतिशत ने कहा कि उनकी व्यक्तिगत बचत बढ़ने की उम्मीद है। 31 प्रतिशत ने कहा कि अगले छह माह के दौरान उन्हें अपने निवेश में वृद्धि की उम्मीद है। (भाषा)
