नई दिल्ली। दिल्ली के स्वास्थ्य मंत्री सतेंद्र जैन ने बुधवार को दिल्ली के कोरोना मरीजों और उनके परिवारों की सहायता के लिए जीवन सेवा ऐप का लांच किया है, जिससे मरीजों को शहर के अस्पतालों तक सुरक्षित पहुंचाने में मदद मिलेगी। इस ऐप के जरिए कम गंभीर मामलों में मरीजों को निःशुल्क अस्पताल पहुंचाने के लिए एंबुलेंस के तौर पर इलेक्ट्रिक वाहनों का उपयोग किया जाएगा।
स्वास्थ्य मंत्री ने कहा कि होम आइसोलेशन में जो लोग रह रहे हैं, उनको अगर किसी भी तरह की जरूरत पड़ती है, तो वह इस ऐप को डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं और अपने नजदीकी चिकित्सा सुविधा केंद्र तक जा सकते हैं। सतेंद्र जैन ने कहा कि इस ऐप को मरीज के साथ-साथ उनके अटेंडेंट भी डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं और चिकित्सा केंद्रों में आने-जाने के लिए प्रयोग कर सकते हैं।
इस अवसर पर प्रकृति ई-मोबिलिटी प्रा. लिमिटेड (ईवीईआरए) के सह-संस्थापक और सीईओ निमिश त्रिवेदी ने कहा संस्था के सहयोग से बनाई गई यह जीवन सेवा ऐप कोरोना मरीजों के लिए अपनी तरह की एक अनूठी पहल है, जो मरीजों को इलेक्ट्रिक वाहनों के माध्यम से अस्पतालों तक पहुंचाने में मदद करेगी और साथ ही शून्य उत्सर्जन को सुनिश्चित कर प्रदूषण कम करने में भी योगदान देगी।

दिल्ली में कोरोना पॉजिटिव आए हर मरीज को एसएमएस और क्यूआर कोड के जरिए लिंक भेजा जाएगा, जिसके माध्यम से मरीज इस ऐप को डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं। ओटीपी के माध्यम से रजिस्टर करने के बाद ऐप से कैब बुक कर सकते हैं। इसके लिए मरीज को अपनी पिक-अप और ड्रॉप लोकेशन डालनी होगी जिसके बाद नजदीकी कैब उनकी सेवा के लिए पहुंच जाएगी।
यह सेवा 24 घण्टे उपलब्ध रहेगी। ड्राइवर को ऐप के माध्यम से जानकारी मिलेगी। वे ऐप पर पिक-अप लोकेशन प्राप्त होते ही तुरंत मरीज तक पहुंच जाएंगे। रियल टाइम जीपीएस ट्रैकिंग के द्वारा निगरानी को भी सुनिश्चित किया जा सकेगा। इसके लिए नियुक्त सुपरवाइजर 24 घण्टे स्थिति पर नजर रखेंगे।
सतेंद्र जैन के अनुसार प्रशिक्षित ड्राइवरों को कोरोना से सुरक्षा के लिए सभी निर्देश दिए जाएंगे जैसे पीपीई किट पहनना, सैनिटाइजर का इस्तेमाल करना आदि। ड्राइवर की सुरक्षा को सुनिश्चित करने के लिए उनके केबिन को भी इन्सुलेट किया जाएगा। यह ऐप समय पर मरीजों को एंबुलेंस मुहैया कराकर दिल्ली की इमरजेंसी परिवहन सेवा को सक्षम बनाएगा।
उन्होंने कहा कि मरीज को पिक-अप टाइम के बारे में जानकारी दी जाएगी और वह सिर्फ ऐप के जरिए ड्राइवर से संपर्क कर सकते हैं, जिससे कैब एंबुलेंस पहुंचने के बारे में मरीज की चिंता कम होगी। यह प्रक्रिया पूरी तरह से डिजिटल है और मरीजों को संपर्क मुक्त सुविधाजनक ड्राइव का अनुभव प्रदान करेगी।
