Janta Curfew 22nd March : जमीन से आसमान तक रहेगा सन्‍नाटा, विश्‍व का सबसे बड़ा 'बंद'

नई दिल्ली। दुनियाभर में दहशत का कारण बने कोविड-19 कोरोना वायरस (Corona virus) से निपटने के लिए आज देश में जमीन से आसमान तक 'जनता कर्फ्यू' रहेगा, जिसमें बाजारों, सड़कों, रेललाइनों और हवाई मार्गों पर सन्नाटा पसरा होगा और इस जानलेवा वायरस को अलग-थलग करने की राष्ट्रव्यापी कोशिश की जाएगी।

प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने कोरोना विषाणु से निपटने के लिए आम जनता से सुबह 7 बजे से लेकर रात 9 बजे तक अपने-अपने घरों में रहने की अपील की है जिसमें व्यापारी संगठन, उद्योग संगठन, सामाजिक संगठन, राज्य सरकारें, स्थानीय प्रशासन के साथ-साथ जनता भी सहयोग कर रही है।

सभी सार्वजनिक समारोह और प्रतियोगी परीक्षाएं टाली गई हैं। देश के अन्य हिस्सों में इस अवधि में मेट्रो रेल सेवाएं बंद रहेंगी और सार्वजनिक परिवहन सेवा सीमित रहेगी। जनता कर्फ्यू की अवधि 14 घंटे की होगी और वैज्ञानिकों के अनुसार, आपसी संपर्क से फैलने वाला यह विषाणु इतनी अवधि में निष्क्रिय हो जाता है।

मोदी ने गुरुवार को राष्ट्र के नाम अपने संदेश में कोरोना का मुकाबला करने के लिए देशवासियों को किसी भी तरह की भीड़भाड़ से बचने का आह्वान किया था और इस रविवार अपने घर में बंद रहकर ‘जनता कर्फ्यू’ लगाने की अपील की थी।

इसके साथ ही उन्होंने लोगों से दहशत में न आने तथा किसी भी तरह की अफवाह न फैलाने और हड़बड़ी में आवश्यक वस्तुओं की खरीदारी न करने की भी सलाह दी थी। उन्होंने लोगों से इस बात का संकल्प व्यक्त करने की अपील की थी और कहा था, हम भी बचें, देश को बचाएं और जग को बचाएं।

इसके साथ ही उन्होंने कहा कि इस महामारी से निपटने में सहयोग देने वाले सभी लोगों को 22 तारीख शाम 5 बजे अपने घर से ताली या थाली बजाकर उनके प्रति कृतज्ञता अर्पित करें। सोशल मीडिया पर लोगों ने प्रधानमंत्री के इस आह्वान का स्वागत किया है और इस मुहिम में एक-दूसरे से सहयोग देने की अपील की है।

देशभर में रहने वाले इस जनता कर्फ्यू में 4000 से अधिक रेलगाड़ियां रद्द की गई हैं और अन्य सार्वजनिक वाहनों की संख्या आधी की गई है। दिल्ली में मेट्रो रेल सेवाएं बंद रहेंगी और दिल्ली परिवहन व्यवस्था में बसों की संख्या आधी रहेगी।

मॉल, बाजार और औद्योगिकी क्षेत्रों में बंदी होगी। ऑटो रिक्शा एवं टैक्सी संगठनों ने भी परिचालन बंद करने का फैसला किया है। औद्योगिक क्षेत्र और बाजार बंद होने से निजी मालवहन वाहन भी नहीं चलेंगे। हालांकि आवश्यक सेवाएं जैसे अस्पताल, दूध, सब्जी और अन्य वस्तुओं की आपूर्ति जारी रहेगी।

धार्मिक स्थलों की प्रार्थनाएं स्थगित : हर क्षेत्र में संगठनों और संस्थानों ने रविवार के लिए पाबंदियों की घोषणा की है। रविवार को गिरजाघरों में होने वाली प्रार्थना ‘संडे मास’ सहित विभिन्न धार्मिक स्थलों में होने वाली नियमित प्रार्थनाओं को स्थगित कर दिया गया है।

मुख्यमंत्रियों और नेताओं ने किया समर्थन : कई राज्यों के मुख्यमंत्रियों और अन्य नेताओं ने पार्टी लाइनों से ऊपर उठते हुए लोगों से सुबह 7 से रात 9 बजे तक जनता कर्फ्यू का पालन करने का आग्रह किया। उन्होंने कहा कि संक्रमण की श्रृंखला को तोड़ने के लिए सामाजिक मेलजोल से दूरी बनाना जरूरी है क्योंकि कोरोना के मामले बढ़ गए हैं।

विमान सेवाएं भी बंद : गोएयर, इंडिगो और विस्तार जैसी उड्डयन कंपनियों ने घोषणा की है कि वे रविवार को देशभर में अपने प्रतिष्ठान बंद रखेंगी। कंफेडरेशन ऑफ ऑल इंडिया ट्रेडर्स (सीएआईटी) ने घोषणा की है कि वे रविवार को देशभर में अपने प्रतिष्ठान बंद रखेंगे।

उपराष्ट्रपति ने की अपील : उपराष्ट्रपति एम वेंकैया नायडू ने भी देश के लोगों से रविवार को खुद को घरों तक सीमित रखने की अपील की।

उपराष्ट्रपति ने राजनीतिक दलों, नागरिक समाज संगठनों और अन्य लोगों से आग्रह किया कि इस मौके का इस्तेमाल देश के लिए चुनौती उत्पन्न करने वाली इस महामारी से एकजुट होकर मुकाबला करने के लिए करें।

दिल्ली में ऑटो रिक्शा संघ का समर्थन : ऑटो और टैक्सी राष्ट्रीय राजधानी की सड़कों से दूर रहेंगी क्योंकि दिल्ली ऑटोरिक्शा संघ, दिल्ली प्रदेश टैक्सी यूनियन, दिल्ली ऑटो टैक्सी ट्रांसपोर्ट कांग्रेस यूनियन और दिल्ली टैक्सी टूरिस्ट ट्रांसपोर्ट एसोसिएशन सहित कई यूनियन ने 'जनता कर्फ्यू’ में शामिल होने का फैसला किया है।

रजनी‍कांत का वीडियो संदेश : तमिल सुपरस्टार रजनीकांत ने एक वीडियो संदेश में कहा कि हम वायरस को तीसरे चरण में प्रवेश करने से रोक सकते हैं, यदि लोग घर के अंदर रहें और इसके लिए प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने 22 मार्च को जनता कर्फ्यू की घोषणा की है।
