भोपाल। कोरोना महामारी के खिलाफ जंग में मध्यप्रदेश ने मात्र 287 दिनों में वैक्सीन के 7 करोड़ डोज लगाने का रिकॉर्ड बना लिया है। अब तक राज्य में 18 साल से उपर की 5 करोड़ आबादी को वैक्सीन का पहला डोज और 2 करोड़ से अधिक लोगों को वैक्सीन के दोनों डोज लगाकर पूर्ण वैक्सीनेशन पूरा कर लिया गया है।
अगर कोरोना वैक्सीनेशन के आंकड़ों का विश्लेषण करें तो प्रदेश की 18 साल से उपर की 5.49 करोड़ आबादी का वैक्सीनेशन होना है। जिसमें से अब तक 91 फीसदी (5 करोड़ के लगभग) लोगों को पहला डोज लग चुका है वहीं 36 फीसदी (2 करोड़) लोगों का पूर्ण वैक्सीनेशन (वैक्सीन के दोनों डोज) हो चुका है।
वहीं अब जब प्रदेश में कोरोना के मामले एक बार फिर बढ़ते हुए दिखाई दे रहे है तब सरकार ने प्रदेश की जनता के पूर्ण वैक्सीनेशन (दोनों डोज) का लक्ष्य 30 दिसंबर तक पूरा करने के लिए 15 नवंबर से विशेष अभियान शुरू करने का निर्णय लिया।
मध्यप्रदेश में एक बार फिर कोरोना के बढ़ते मामलों के बाद कोरोना वैक्सीन और वैक्सीनेशन अभियान को लेकर चर्चाएं तेज हो गई। मध्यप्रदेश में कोरोना टीकाकरण कार्यक्रम को लेकर 'वेबदुनिया' ने राज्य टीकाकरण अधिकारी संतोष शुक्ला से खास बातचीत की।
सेंकड डोज के लिए 3 करोड़ लोग बाकी- ऐसे में जब कोरोना वायरस एक बार फिर फन उठाता दिख रहा है तब भी प्रदेश में 3 करोड़ लोग सेंकड डोज के लिए आगे नहीं आ रहे है। राज्य टीकाकरण अधिकारी डॉक्टर संतोष शुक्ला कहते हैं कि सेंकड डोज के लिए लोगों के नहीं आने के एक नहीं कई कारण है। जिसमें 14 फीसदी लोग पहली डोज लगाने के बाद माइग्रेट कर गए, वहीं 13 फीसदी लोग वायरल बीमारी से पीड़ित है। वहीं 23 फीसदी लोग खेती-किसानी में लगे होने के साथ त्यौहारों में व्यस्त होने के कारण भी लोग वैक्सीन की दूसरी डोज लगवाने के लिए नहीं आ रहे है। उन्हें उम्मीद है कि त्यौहारों के बाद एक बार फिर लोग वैक्सीन के लिए आगे आएंगे।

स्कूलों से चलेगा दूसरी डोज के लिए कैंपेन- वैक्सीन के दूसरे डोज के लिए लोगों को जागरूक करने के लिए स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने पल्स पोलियो अभियान की तर्ज पर कोरोना टीकाकरण का जागरूकता कैंपेन चलाने का फैसला किया है। ‘वेबदुनिया’ से बातचीत में राज्य टीकाकरण अधिकारी डॉक्टर संतोष शुक्ला कहते हैं कि प्रदेश में तीन करोड़ लोग वैक्सीन की दूसरी डोज के लिए आगे नहीं आ रहे है। इसलिए अब स्कूल के बच्चों के जरिए जागरुकता लाने का काम किया जाएगा। वह कहते हैं कि पल्स पोलियो अभियान में स्कूल बच्चों के माध्यम से दो बूंद जिंदगी का संदेश पहुंचाया गया था,ठीक वैसे ही अब बच्चों के जरिए जागरूकता कैंपेन चलाया जाएगा।

अब कोरोना वैक्सीनेशन के लिए जागरुकता के लिए स्कूल में बच्चों की होमवर्क कॉपी के जरिए परिवार के सदस्यों की वैक्सीनेशन की जानकारी मंगवाने के साथ वैक्सीन को लेकर संदेश भेजा जाएगा। होमवर्क कॉपी के माध्यम से घर के 18 साल से उपर के लोगों के वैक्सीनेशन की जानकारी शिक्षकों तक पहुंचने के बाद टीके से वंचित लोगों को उसी स्कूल में लाकर वैक्सीन लगवाई जाएगी।
नए वैरिंयट पर भी कारगर वैक्सीन- डॉक्टर संतोष शुक्ला कहते हैं कि अब 13 वैक्सीन बन चुकी है लेकिन 100 फीसदी प्रभावी होने का कोई भी वैक्सीन दावा नहीं कर सकती। एक स्टडी में वैक्सीन को लेकर विस्तार से बताया गया है कि वैक्सीन लगाने के बाद अगर कोई व्यक्ति कोरोना से संक्रमित हो जाता है तो 98 फीसदी केसों में मृत्यु नहीं हुई। कोरोना संक्रमित 96 फीसदी लोग घर में ही ठीक हो गए। 93 फीसदी लोग जिन्हें टीक लगे थे उनको संक्रमण हुआ ही नहीं यहीं टीके की सफलता नहीं है।
जिलों में वैक्सीन की स्थिति- भोपाल में 70 प्रतिशत और इंदौर में 50 प्रतिशत पात्र जनसंख्या ऐसी है, जिसने पहला डोज़ तो लगवा लिया है पर उनका वैक्सीन का दूसरा डोज़ अभी बाकी है। भोपाल, इंदौर और आगर जिले में पहली डोज का 100 फीसदी टीकाकरण का लक्ष्य हासिल कर लिया है। वहीं छिंदवाड़ा में 97 प्रतिशत और उमरिया में 95 प्रतिशत प्रथम डोज़ का वैक्सीनेशन हो चुका है। 23 जिलों में यह 90 से 95 प्रतिशत के बीच है। 17 जिलों में यह 85 से 90 प्रतिशत के बीच है और देवास, अलीराजपुर, पन्ना, खरगोन, सीधी और भिण्ड में प्रथम डोज़ का वैक्सीनेशन 80 से 85 प्रतिशत के बीच हुआ है।
वैक्सीनेशन के लिए रोको-टोको अभियान- डॉक्टर संतोष शुक्ला कहते हैं कि जैसे मास्क के लिए रोको-टोको अभियान चलाया गया था वैसे ही अब वैक्सीनेशन के लिए भी प्रदेश की जनता खुद से टोको अभियान चलाए जिसमें दूसरे से वैक्सीन के बारे में पूछे।
