मई का महीना Covid-19 के खिलाफ लड़ाई में ‘जीत या हार’ के लिए हो सकता निर्णायक

नई दिल्ली। लॉकडाउन खत्म होने की समय सीमा 3 मई नजदीक आ रही है जबकि मेडिकल विशेषज्ञों का मानना है कि अगला महीना कोविड-19 के खिलाफ लड़ाई में ‘जीत या हार’ के लिए अहम साबित हो सकता है और ‘हॉटस्पॉट’ क्षेत्रों के लिए आक्रामक रणनीति की जरूरत है।

विशेषज्ञों ने यह भी सुझाव दिया है कि रेलवे, हवाई यात्रा, अंतरराज्यीय, बस सेवाएं, मॉल, शॉपिंग कॉम्पलेक्स, धार्मिक स्थल सहित अन्य स्थानों को कम से कम मई महीने तक बंद रखा जाए। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने सोमवार को मुख्यमंत्रियों से कहा था कि देश को कोरोना वायरस के खिलाफ लड़ाई जारी रखते हुए अर्थव्यवस्था को महत्व देना होगा।

केंद्र ने बुधवार को इस बारे में स्पष्ट संकेत दिए कि राष्ट्रव्यापी लॉकडाउन को तीन मई से आगे भी बढ़ाया जाएगा, लेकिन कई जिलों में लोगों और सेवाओं को कुछ छूट दी जाएगी। मेडिकल विशेषज्ञों का मानना है कि ‘रेड जोन’ में संक्रमण को फैलने से रोकने के लिए सख्त कदम उठाने की रणनीति और पाबंदियों में कुछ ढील देते हुए ‘ग्रीन जोन’ में संक्रमण को पहुंचने से रोकना जरूरी है।

आधिकारिक सूत्रों ने कहा कि देश में कोविड-19 हॉटस्पॉट (कोरोना वायरस के अत्यधिक संक्रमण के मामले वाले) जिले पखवाड़े भर पहले 170 से घटकर 129 हो गए हैं लेकिन इसी अवधि में संक्रमण मुक्त जिले या ‘ग्रीन जोन’ भी 325 से घट कर 307 रह गए हैं।

फोर्टिस नोएडा के फेफड़ा रोग एवं आईसीयू विभाग के अतिरिक्त निदेशक डॉ. राजेश कुमार गुप्ता ने कहा कि यह समझना जरूरी है कि लॉकडाउन वायरस को खत्म नहीं करेगा, यह सिर्फ इसके प्रसार को धीमा करेगा।

उन्होंने सुझाव दिया कि ‘रेड जोन’ में करीब दो हफ्तों के लिए तथा कुछ और समय के लिए लॉकडाउन जारी रखना चाहिए। वहीं ‘ग्रीन जोन’ में पाबंदियां हटा दी जाएं, लेकिन यह सुनिश्चित किया जाए कि वहां ‘रेड जोन’ के लोगों का आना-जाना नहीं हो।

उन्होंने कहा कि मई कोविड-19 के खिलाफ लड़ाई जीतने या हारने के लिए अहम महीना साबित हो सकता है और यह जरूरी है कि जिन स्थानों पर नए मामले सामने आ रहे हैं, वहां पाबंदियां जारी रखी जाएं।

सर गंगा राम अस्पताल के फेफड़ा सर्जन डॉ अरविंद कुमार ने कहा कि यह जरूरी है कि रेलवे, हवाई यात्रा, अंतरराष्ट्रीय बस सेवाएं, मॉल, शॉपिंग कॉम्पलेक्स, धार्मिक स्थल आदि को बंद रखा जाए।

उन्होंने कहा कि ‘ग्रीन जोन’ वाले जिलों की सीमा सील कर देनी चाहिए और सीमित गतिविधियों की इजाजत देनी चाहिए। साथ ही, सामाजिक मेलजोल से दूरी, साबुन से हाथ धोने और मास्क पहनने को लोगों की जीवनशैली बनाई जाए। जिन जिलों में नए मामले सामने आ रहे हैं, वहां लॉकडाउन उस वक्त तक जारी रखना चाहिए जब तक मामलों के कम होने का रूझान शुरू न हो जाए।

कुमार ने कहा कि मई कोविड-19 के खिलाफ लड़ाई में बहुत अहम महीना है क्योंकि भारत ने अभी तक अच्छा प्रदर्शन किया है। यह जरूरी है कि नए मामलों को आने से रोका जाए तथा ‘रेड जोन’ में सख्त रणनीति अपनाई जाए। साथ ही, ‘ग्रीन जोन’ में पाबंदियां हटाने में बहुत सतर्क रहा जाए।

मैक्स हेल्थकेयर के इंटरनल मेडिसीन विभाग के सहायक निदेशक डॉ रोमेल टिक्कू ने कहा कि कोविड-19 के खिलाफ लड़ाई में इस वक्त कोई बड़ी ढील दिए जाने के परिणाम ‘भयावह’ हो सकते हैं।

उन्होंने कम से कम एक महीने तक पाबंदियां लगाए रखने का समर्थन करते हुए कहा, ‘मई कोविड-19 के खिलाफ राष्ट्र की लड़ाई में जीत या हार का महीना हो सकता है। मॉल, स्कूल, कॉलेज, बाजार को मई महीने बंद रखा जाना चाहिए क्योंकि किसी तरह की चूक से संक्रमण बड़े पैमाने पर फैल सकता है और इससे सब किए कराए पर पानी फिर जाएगा।’

उन्होंने कहा, ‘ग्रीन जोन में कुछ आर्थिक गतिविधियों की इजाजत दी जा सकती है लेकिन हमें बहुत सावधान रहना होगा।’ उल्लेखनीय है कि अमेरिका और अन्य पश्चिमी देशों की तुलना में भारत बेहतर स्थिति में नजर आ रहा है।

केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय के मुताबिक कोरोना वायरस संक्रमण से अब तक देश में 1074 लोगों की मौत हो चुकी है जबकि कोविड-19 के मामले बढ़ कर 33,000 के आंकड़े को पार गए हैं। राष्ट्रव्यापी लॉकडाउन का प्रथम चरण 25 मार्च से 14 अप्रैल तक था। इसे बाद में विस्तारित कर तीन मई तक कर दिया गया। (भाषा)
