Covid-19 के मामले 1.6 लाख के पार, भारत दुनिया में नौवें स्थान पर पहुंचा

नई दिल्ली। देशभर में गुरुवार तक कोविड-19 के 1.6 लाख से ज्यादा मामले सामने आ चुके हैं। इस तरह संक्रमित लोगों की संख्या के लिहाज से दुनिया में भारत नौवें स्थान पर पहुंच गया है जबकि, संक्रमण से मृतकों की संख्या 4,600 के आंकड़े को पार कर चीन में कोरोना वायरस से मौतों के आधिकारिक आंकड़े 4634 के करीब पहुंच गई है।

हालांकि, जॉन हॉपकिंस यूनिवर्सिटी एंड मेडिसिन की वेबसाइट के मुताबिक चीन के मृतकों की संख्या को पार कर बृहस्पतिवार की रात तक भारत में मृतकों की संख्या 4695 हो गई। केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय ने सुबह आठ बजे के अपने अपडेट में बताया कि बुधवार सुबह आठ बजे से 24 घंटे के दौरान 194 लोगों की मौत के साथ मृतकों की संख्या 4531 हो गई। संक्रमण के 6566 नए मामलों के साथ संक्रमित लोगों की संख्या 1,58,333 हो गई है।

वर्तमान में 86,000 से ज्यादा संक्रमित हैं और 67,691 लोग ठीक हो चुके हैं। इस तरह ठीक होने की दर करीब 42.75 प्रतिशत के आसपास है। बहरहाल, विभिन्न राज्यों और केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों से मिली खबरों के आधार पर रात साढ़े नौ बजे तक ‘पीटीआई-भाषा’ की तालिका के मुताबिक संक्रमण के 7,000 नए मामलों के साथ संक्रमित लोगों की संख्या 1,60,666 हो गई है। देशभर में 187 लोगों की मौत के साथ अब तक 4633 लोगों की मौत हुई है। आंकड़ों के मुताबिक 70,000 से ज्यादा लोग ठीक हो चुके हैं।

जॉन हॉपकिंस यूनिवर्सिटी एंड मेडिसिन की वेबसाइट के मुताबिक रात पौने ग्यारह बजे तक भारत में मृतकों की संख्या 4695 हो गई। भारत में मृतकों की संख्या चीन से ज्यादा हो चुकी है। चीन में अब तक 4638 लोगों की मौत हुई है। वेबसाइट के मुताबिक भारत में संक्रमित लोगों की संख्या 1.65 लाख से ज्यादा हो गई है और 70,500 लोग ठीक हो चुके हैं।

संक्रमित लोगों की संख्या के लिहाज से भारत अब नौवें स्थान पर पहुंच गया है। मरीजों के ठीक होने के हिसाब से अमेरिका, ब्राजील, जर्मनी, रूस, स्पेन, इटली, तुर्की, ईरान और चीन के बाद भारत दसवें स्थान पर है। सबसे ज्यादा प्रभावित अमेरिका में संक्रमण के 17 लाख से ज्यादा मामले सामने आए हैं। भारत की तुलना में ब्राजील, रूस, ब्रिटेन, स्पेन, इटली, फ्रांस और जर्मनी में ज्यादा मामले हैं। 

भारत में अब तक 33 लाख से ज्यादा जांच हुई है। अमेरिका में 1.5 करोड़, रूस में 97 लाख से ज्यादा, जर्मनी में 40 लाख के करीब, ब्रिटेन में लगभग 38 लाख, इटली में 36 लाख से ज्यादा और स्पेन में 35 लाख से ज्यादा जांच हुई है।

भारत में कोरोना वायरस के प्रसार पर नियंत्रण के लिए लॉकडाउन 25 मार्च से लागू किया गया था और बाद में इसकी अवधि बढ़ाई गई और फिलहाल इसका चौथा चरण चल रहा है, जो 31 मई को समाप्त होगा। केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने गुरुवार को सभी मुख्यमंत्रियों से बात की और राष्ट्रव्यापी लॉकडाउन को 31 मई के बाद बढ़ाए जाने पर उनके विचार जाने। 

लॉकडाउन के चौथे चरण की समाप्ति से महज 3 दिन पहले गृह मंत्री ने मुख्यमंत्रियों से टेलीफोन पर बातचीत की। कैबिनेट सचिव राजीव गौबा ने दिल्ली, मुंबई, कोलकाता और चेन्नई समेत देश के सबसे ज्यादा प्रभावित 13 नगरीय निकायों के आयुक्तों और जिलाधिकारियों के साथ बैठक की थी।

दिल्ली में 1024 नए मामलों के साथ संक्रमित लोगों की संख्या 16281 हो गई। राष्ट्रीय राजधानी में पहली बार 1 हजार से ज्यादा मामले सामने आए। एक आधिकारिक आंकड़े के अनुसार करीब 23 लाख लोग पृथक-वास में हैं। इनमें विदेशों से आने वाले लोगों के साथ-साथ देश के एक हिस्से से दूसरे हिस्से में जाने वाले लोग शामिल हैं।

अधिकतर राज्य सरकारों और केंद्र शासित प्रशासन ने उनके अधिकार क्षेत्र में आने वाले लोगों के लिए कम से कम सात दिन के पृथक-वास की अवधि अनिवार्य की है और कुछ राज्यों ने उनके सीमाक्षेत्र में बाहर से पहुंचने वाले लोगों के लिए घरों में पृथक-वास में रहने का प्रावधान किया है।

महाराष्ट्र में सर्वाधिक 6.02 लाख लोग विभिन्न पृथक-वास केंद्रों में रखे गए हैं जबकि इसके बाद गुजरात में कुल 4.42 लाख लोगों को पृथक-वास केंद्रों में भेजा गया है। सरकार के मुताबिक, लॉकडाउन के दौरान बुधवार तक देश के विभिन्न हिस्सों से कुल 91 लाख प्रवासी मजदूरों को ट्रेन और बसों के जरिए उनके गृह स्थान पर पहुंचाया गया है।

अन्य राज्यों से वापस आए लोगों के कारण कई राज्यों में कोरोना वायरस संक्रमण के मामलों में वृद्धि देखी गई है। इनमें पश्चिम बंगाल, केरल, असम, बिहार, ओडिशा, कर्नाटक, उत्तराखंड, हिमाचल प्रदेश, छत्तीसगढ़, मणिपुर, नगालैंड और अरुणाचल प्रदेश शामिल हैं।

पश्चिम बंगाल में गुरुवार को एक ही दिन में कोरोना वायरस संक्रमण के सर्वाधिक 344 नए मामले सामने आए, जिसके साथ ही राज्य में संक्रमितों की संख्या 4,536 तक पहुंच गई। महाराष्ट्र में संक्रमण के 2,598 नए मामले सामने आए, जिससे संक्रमितों की संख्या बढ़कर 59,546 हो गई।

वहीं, गुजरात में कोविड-19 के 367 नए मामले दर्ज किए गए और राज्य में संक्रमित लोगों की संख्या 15,572 हो गई जबकि 22 और मौत के साथ मृतकों की संख्या 960 तक जा पहुंची।

जम्मू-कश्मीर में 115 नए मामलों के साथ इस केंद्र शासित प्रदेश में कुल 2,036 मरीज हो गए हैं। मध्यप्रदेश में संक्रमण के 192 नए मामलों के साथ संक्रमितों की कुल संख्या 7,453 हो गई। आंध्र प्रदेश में 128 नए मामलों के साथ संक्रमितों की संख्या 3,245 हो गई जबकि राज्य में अब तक 59 मरीजों की मौत हो चुकी है।

इस बीच, भारत सरकार के प्रधान वैज्ञानिक सलाहकार के विजय राघवन ने कहा कि भारत में करीब 30 समूह कोरोना वायरस के खिलाफ टीका विकसित करने की कोशिश में लगे हैं जिनमें बड़े उद्योग घरानों से लेकर वैज्ञानिक तक हैं। राघवन ने कहा कि इन 30 में से 20 समूह बहुत तेज रफ्तार से काम कर रहे हैं।

उन्होंने कहा, किसी टीके पर काम करने और यह देखने कि यह 10 साल की अवधि तक काम करता है या नहीं, और इस पर निवेश करने के बजाय हमें 100 टीकों के विकास पर निवेश करना होगा। दुनिया एक ही समय में 100 से अधिक टीकों पर निवेश कर रही है।’’ वरिष्ठ वैज्ञानिक ने कहा कि इस पूरी प्रक्रिया में करीब 2 से 3 अरब डॉलर की लागत आएगी। (भाषा)
