अयोध्या से Ground Report : प्रवासी श्रमिकों ने बढ़ाई रामनगरी की मुसीबत

श्रीराम की नगरी अयोध्या एवं संपूर्ण जनपद में लॉकडाउन-3 (Lockdown) के समय तक कोरोना (Corona) संक्रमित एक भी मरीज नहीं था, जबकि सभी सीमावर्ती जनपदों में कोरोना दस्तक दे चुका था। लेकिन, प्रवासी श्रमिकों की वापसी के बाद अयोध्या में भी कोरोना ने अपने पांव पसारना शुरू कर दिया।

इससे पहले अयोध्या में जनजीवन सामान्य रूप से चल रहा था। सभी को उम्मीद थी कि जल्द ही सब कुछ ठीक हो जाएगा, लेकिन लॉकडाउन-4 के साथ-साथ देश के विभिन्न प्रदेशों से भारी संख्‍या में प्रवासी श्रमिकों के आने से कोरोना का संक्रमण भी फैलना शुरू हो गया। देखते ही देखते संक्रमित मरीजों की संख्या 100 को पार कर गई। हालांकि पहले भी शासन-प्रशासन द्वारा सतर्कता बरती जा रही थी, लेकिन अब और अधिक सतर्कता बढ़ा दी गई है।

अलग-अलग दिन खुलेंगी दुकानें : जिलाधिकारी अनुज कुमार झा ने बताया कि शासन के निर्देशानुसार हमने यहां के सभी व्यापारिक संगठनों से बात की है और दुकानों को रोस्टिंग करते हुए हफ्ते के अलग-अलग दिनों में सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग के साथ अलग-अलग समय पर खोलने का निर्देश जारी किया गया है। साथ ही दस वर्ष से कम उम्र के बच्चों व बुजुर्गों को घर से बाहर न निकलने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।

दूसरी ओर, वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक आशीष तिवारी ने कहा की जनपद की सीमाओं पर लगाए गए बैरियर्स पर माल वाहनों को छोड़कर अन्य वाहनों को जिलाधिकारी द्वारा जारी पास के आधार पर ही प्रवेश दिया जा रहा है। बाहर से आने वालों की पूरी जानकारी ली जा रही है। लापरवाही करने वालों के विरुद्ध मुकदमा भी दर्ज किया जा रहा है। अभी तक दो हजार के विरुद्ध मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया है, किसी प्रकार की लापरवाही की अनदेखी नहीं की जाएगी।

डरने की जरूरत नहीं : पूर्वांचल के सबसे बड़े महाविद्यालय कामता प्रसाद सुंदर लाल स्नाकोत्तर महाविद्यालय के वनस्पति विज्ञान विभाग के विभागाध्यक्ष डॉ. एफडी यादव ने वेबदुनिया को बताया कि भारत में केन्द्र और प्रदेश सरकार की सजगता के कारण संक्रमित मरीजों की संख्या नहीं बढ़ पाई। उन्होंने कोविड 19 और करोना में अंतर बताते हुए कहा कि कोरोना से इंफेक्शन का यह आशय नहीं है कि कोविड प्रूफ हो गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि इसको लेकर ज्यादा घबराने की जरूरत नहीं है बल्कि संक्रमण न फैले इसकी जागरूकता फैलाने की जरूरत है।

अयोध्या जनपद में भी लॉकडाउन में मिली छूट का असर सभी जगह देखा जा रहा है। व्यावसायिक गतिविधियां सुचारु रूप से संचालित हो रही हैं। सरकारी व प्राइवेट कार्यालय खुलने लगे हैं, वहीं आम जनजीवन भी समय के साथ ढलता जा रहा है।

मंदिरों में सन्नाटा, सरयू तट वीरान : दूसरी ओर, मंदिरों में आरती-भोग तो किया जा रहा है, किन्तु भक्तों का अभाव साफ दिख रहा है। मंदिरों की सीढ़ियां सूनी हैं। प्रसाद की दुकानें बंद हैं, सरयू के तट वीरान हैं।

इस संबंध में पूर्व सांसद व विहिप नेता महंत डॉ. रामविलास दास वेदांती ने वेबदुनिया को बताया कि कोरोना काल के दौरान भी सुख-शांति थी किन्तु अन्य प्रदेशों से आए प्रवासी श्रमिकों के चलते कोरोना का संक्रमण बढ़ने लगा। फिर भी देश के कुशल नेतृत्व के चलते हम जल्द ही कोरोना पर विजय प्राप्त करेंगे।
