भारत के प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी और इसरो चीफ के सिवन का एक वीडियो सोशल मीडिया पर इस दावे के साथ शेयर किया जा रहा है कि 'सिवन ने जब पीएम मोदी को विक्रम लैंडर के गुम होने की सूचना दी तो मोदी ने ना उन्हें गले लगाया और ना ही सांत्वना दी। लेकिन जब दोनों कैंमरे के सामने आए तो रोना-धोना किया गया'।
27 सेकंड का यह वायरल वीडियो कई बड़े फेसबुक और वॉट्सऐप ग्रुप्स में शेयर किया गया है। फेसबुक और ट्विटर समेत 6 लाख से ज़्यादा बार यह वीडियो देखा जा चुका है और सैकड़ों बार इस वीडियो को शेयर किया गया है।
वीडियो के पहले हिस्से में दिखाई देता है कि पीएम मोदी सूचना मिलने के बाद सिवन से कुछ कहते हैं और जाकर अपनी जगह बैठ जाते हैं। जबकि वीडियो के दूसरे हिस्से में वो सिवन को अपने सीने से लगाए, उनकी पीठ थपथपाते हुए दिखाई देते हैं।
सोशल मीडिया पर जिन लोगों ने यह वायरल वीडियो शेयर किया है, उन्होंने लिखा है कि 'मीडिया और कैमरे इर्द-गिर्द ना होने के कारण मोदी ने पहले सिवन को लौटा दिया था। लेकिन कपड़े बदलने के बाद और कैमरों की मौजूदगी में ही उन्होंने सिवन को गले लगाकर सांत्वना दी'।

लेकिन अपनी पड़ताल में हमने पाया कि ए दावा भ्रामक है और वायरल वीडियो को दूरदर्शन न्यूज के लाइव प्रसारण के दो अलग हिस्से जोड़कर बनाया गया है। दूरदर्शन न्यूज का पूरा लाइव प्रसारण देखने से पता चलता है कि पीएम मोदी ने दोनों मौक़ों पर इसरो प्रमुख और उनकी टीम के वैज्ञानिकों को हिम्मत बंधाई थी।
पहला हिस्सा और सच्चाई : वायरल वीडियो के पहले हिस्से में जहाँ दिखता है कि पीएम मोदी विक्रम लैंडर की सूचना मिलने के बाद के सिवन से कुछ कहते हैं और जाकर अपनी जगह बैठ जाते हैं, ए 6 और 7 सितंबर 2019 की दरमियानी रात क़रीब डेढ़ बजे की घटना है।
जबकि 1 बजकर 45 मिनट पर इसरो प्रमुख के सिवन ने बेंगलुरु के इसरो सेंटर से विक्रम लैंडर के साथ संपर्क टूटने की पहली औपचारिक घोषणा की थी। सिवन ने औपचारिक घोषणा से पहले तय प्रोटोकॉल के तहत पीएम मोदी को इसकी सूचना दी थी।

जिस वक़्त के सिवन ने पीएम मोदी को यह बताया था कि विक्रम लैंडर से इसरो सेंटर का संपर्क टूट गया है, उस वक़्त भी दूरदर्शन न्यूज के कैमरापर्सन उन्हें घेरे खड़े थे और इसका लाइव प्रसारण हो रहा था।
भारत के सरकारी न्यूज़ चैनल दूरदर्शन ने रात साढ़े 12 बजे इसरो सेंटर से लाइव प्रसारण शुरु किया था। डीडी न्यूज़ की फ़ुटेज के अनुसार लाइव प्रसारण शुरु होने के 23 मिनट बाद पीएम मोदी 'मिशन ऑपरेशन कॉम्पलेक्स' में दाख़िल हुए थे।
विक्रम लैंडर के चाँद की सतह पर उतरने का कार्यक्रम 51वें मिनट (रात क़रीब सवा एक बजे) तक अपने तय शिड्यूल पर चल रहा था। लेकिन देखते ही देखते इसरो सेंटर में सन्नाटा पसर गया।
53वें मिनट में चंद्रयान-2 मिशन की डायरेक्टर रितु करिदाल की आवाज इसरो सेंटर के बड़े स्पीकर पर सुनाई दी जिन्होंने कहा कि विक्रम लैंडर से कोई रिस्पॉन्स नहीं मिल रहा है। कुछ मिनट बाद इसरो प्रमुख ने इसकी औपचारिक घोषणा की।
इसके बाद पीएम मोदी पहली मंज़िल पर स्थित अपने कक्ष से कंट्रोल सेंटर में उतर आए और उन्होंने इसरो प्रमुख समेत सभी वैज्ञानिकों को संबोधित किया। इसरो चीफ़ के सिवन का कंधा थपथपाते हुए उन्होंने कहा, हौसला बनाए रखिए।
पीएम मोदी ने ए भी कहा, जीवन में उतार चढ़ाव आते रहते हैं। आज जो आप लोगों ने किया है, ए भी कोई छोटा काम नहीं है। मेरी तरफ से आपको बहुत बधाई है। बहुत उत्तम सेवा की है आपने देश की, विज्ञान की और मानव जाति की। इससे भी हम कुछ सीख रहे हैं। आगे भी हमारी यात्रा जारी रहेगी। मैं पूरी तरह आपके साथ हूँ। हिम्मत के साथ चलें।
इसके बाद उन्होंने स्कूली छात्रों से मुलाक़ात की और फिर इसरो सेंटर से निकल गए। वायरल वीडियो का दूसरा हिस्सा 7 सितंबर 2019 की सुबह 7 बजकर 5 मिनट पर पीएम मोदी ने एक ट्वीट के ज़रिए यह सूचना दी थी कि वो 8 बजे बेंगलुरु के इसरो सेंटर में वैज्ञानिकों से मिलने वाले हैं।
7 बजकर 20 मिनट पर वो इसरो सेंटर पहुँचे और इसरो चेयरमैन के सिवन ने उनका स्वागत किया। इस मौक़े पर इसरो सेंटर के 'मिशन ऑपरेशन कॉम्पलेक्स' में पीएम मोदी ने क़रीब बीस मिनट लंबा भाषण दिया जिसमें उन्होंने वैज्ञानिकों के जीवन और विज्ञान के महत्व पर बात की।
अपने संबोधन में पीएम मोदी ने कहा था, भारतीय वैज्ञानिक वो लोग हैं जो माँ भारती की जय के लिए जीते हैं, जूझते हैं, उनके लिए जज़्बा रखते हैं। मैं कल रात को आपकी मनोस्थिति समझ रहा था। आपकी आँखें बहुत कुछ कह रही थीं। आपके चेहरे की उदासी मैं पढ़ पा रहा था। इसीलिए कल रात मैं ज़्यादा देर आप लोगों के बीच नहीं रुका। पर मैंने सोचा कि सुबह आप लोगों से एक बार फिर मिलूं और आपसे बात करूं।
इस दौरान इसरो प्रमुख प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के पास ही खड़े थे। भाषण पूरा होने के बाद इसरो प्रमुख ने पीएम मोदी को टीम के सभी वैज्ञानिकों से मिलवाया और क़रीब 8.15 बजे पीएम मोदी इसरो सेंटर से रवाना हुए थे।
दूरदर्शन न्यूज़ पर इस पूरे कार्यक्रम का लाइव प्रसारण किया गया था जिसमें दिखता है कि 'मिशन ऑपरेशन कॉम्पलेक्स' के गेट पर पहुँचकर मोदी पलटते हैं और के सिवन के बारे में पूछते हैं। तभी भावुक के सिवन उनसे कुछ कहते हैं जिसपर मोदी उन्हें गले लगा लेते हैं।
सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल हुए वीडियो का जो दूसरा हिस्सा है, वो पीएम मोदी के इसरो सेंटर से रवाना होने से पहले का है जिसमें पीएम मोदी भावुक के सिवन को अपने गले लगाते हैं और उन्हें सांत्वना देते दिखते हैं।
