डॉ पांडे ने चर्चा में बताया कि दरअसल, संक्रमण के इस दौर में करीब 85 प्रतिशत लोग में ठीक हो सकते हैं, जो बेहद गंभीर है उन्‍हें ही अस्‍पताल जाने की आवश्‍यकता है। इसलिए जिन लोगों को संक्रमण के मामूली लक्षण हैं, वे पैनिक न करें और घर पर ही अपने संक्रमण का पता लगाएं। उन्‍होंने बताया कि यहां ऑक्‍स‍िमीटर की जरुरत होती है।

डॉक्‍टर पांडे के मुताब‍िक अगर आपको ठीक नहीं लग रहा है तो आप सबसे पहले खुद को वॉच करें और यह देखे कि पिछले 5 दिनों के भीतर आपकी सेहत स्‍टेबल यानि स्‍थि‍र है या अस्‍वस्‍थता बढ रही है। ऐसी स्‍थि‍ति में आप पल्‍स ऑक्‍सीमीटर का इस्‍तेमाल करें।

कैसे करे पल्‍स ऑक्‍सिमीटर का इस्‍तेमाल?

• ऑक्‍सि‍मीटर का रोजाना इस्‍तेमाल करें।
• अगर नेल पॉलिश लगा हो तो उसे हटा लें।
• एक ही उंगली में ऑक्‍स‍िमीटर की बजाए हाथ की दूसरी उंगलियों में भी मीटर लगाकर जांचें।
• ऑक्‍स‍िमीटर लगाने के बाद उसे थोड़ी देर स्‍टेबल होने दें।
• दो तीन बार चेक करने के बाद जो सबसे ज्‍यादा रीड‍िंग आए उसे सही माने।

यह तरीका होगा कारगर

• करीब 6 मिनट तक वॉक करें। इसके बाद ऑक्‍सि‍मीटर का इस्‍तेमाल कर लेवल जांचे।
• अगर वॉक करने के बाद ऑक्‍स‍िमीटर में ऑक्‍सीजन लेवल 4 प्रतिशत तक नीचे आता है तो अगले टेस्‍ट की जरुरत है।
• अगर वॉक के बाद लेवल 94 के ऊपर आता है तो घबराने की जरुरत नहीं है आप ठीक हैं।

संक्रमण को और ठीक से पहचानने के लिए

• अपने लक्षणों पर ध्‍यान दें।
• आराम करें।
• अच्‍छी डाइट लें।
• पैनिक न करें।
• अगर इन सब के बाद भी अस्‍वस्‍थ महसूस करें तो डॉक्‍टर से मिले।
