नई दिल्ली/चंडीगढ़। दिल्ली-हरियाणा सीमा पर एक साल से अधिक समय तक चले आंदोलन के पश्चात किसानों के घर लौटने के का सिलसिला शुरू हो गया है। किसानों ने सालभर से लगे तंबू या तो ‍उखाड़ लिए हैं या फिर उनके उखाड़ने का सिलसिला जारी है।

शनिवार को फूलों से लदी ट्रैक्टर ट्रॉलियों के काफिले 'विजय गीत' बजाते हुए सिंघू धरना स्थल से बाहर निकल गए, लेकिन इस दौरान किसानों की भावनाएं हिलोरें मार रही थीं। सिंघू बॉर्डर छोड़ने से पहले, कुछ किसानों ने 'हवन' किया, तो कुछ ने कीर्तन गाए, जबकि कुछ किसान 'विजय दिवस' के रूप में इस दिन को चिह्नित करने के लिए 'भांगड़ा' करते नजर आए।

उधर, पंजाब और हरियाणा में सिंघू बॉर्डर से लौटे किसानों की घर-वापसी पर मिठाइयों और फूल-मालाओं से जोरदार स्वागत करने का सिलसिला शुरू हो गया है। दिल्ली-करनाल-अम्बाला और दिल्ली-हिसार राष्ट्रीय राजमार्गों पर ही नहीं, बल्कि राजकीय राजमार्गों पर अनेक स्थानों पर किसानों के परिजन अपने गांववालों के साथ किसानों का स्वागत करते नजर आए। इस अवसर पर लड्डू-बर्फी भी बांटे जा रहे हैं।

ट्रैक्टर ट्रॉलियों और अन्य वाहनों के हुजूम की वजह से दिल्ली-सोनीपत-करनाल राष्ट्रीय राजमार्गों पर वाहनों की रफ्तार धीमी पड़ गई। दूर-दूर तक वाहनों का काफिला नजर आ रहा है।

मुख्य रूप से पंजाब, हरियाणा और उत्तर प्रदेश के किसान, तीन केंद्रीय कृषि कानूनों के विरोध में और इन कानूनों को वापस लिए जाने की मांग को लेकर पिछले साल 26 नवंबर को बड़ी संख्या में यहां एकत्र हुए थे।

संसद में 29 नवम्बर को इन कानूनों को निरस्त करने तथा बाद में एमएसपी पर कानूनी गारंटी के लिए एक पैनल गठित करने सहित विभिन्न मांगों के सरकार द्वारा मान लिये जाने के बाद संयुक्त किसान मोर्चा ने बृहस्पतिवार को विरोध प्रदर्शन स्थगित करने की घोषणा की थी।

सिंघू बॉर्डर से रवाना होने को तैयार अम्बाला के गुरविंदर सिंह ने कहा कि यह हम लोगों के लिए भावनात्मक क्षण है। हमने कभी नहीं सोचा था कि हमारा बिछोह इतना कठिन होगा, क्योंकि हमारा यहां लोगों से और इस स्थान से गहरा लगाव हो गया था। यह आंदोलन हमारे यादों में हमेशा मौजूद रहेगा।

तंबू उखाड़कर गांव में लगाएंगे : गुरिंदर सिंह, बूटा सिंह शादीपुर और उनके गांव के अन्य लोगों के लिए सिंघू बॉर्डर पर 2400 वर्गफुट के क्षेत्र में लगाया गया तंबू एक साल से अधिक समय से उनका घर था।

गुरिंदर और बूटा ने शुक्रवार को इस तंबू को उखाड़ दिया, लेकिन उनका इरादा इसे पंजाब के बठिंडा जिले में स्थित अपने गांव में फिर से लगाना है, ताकि किसान आंदोलन की यादों को जीवित रखा जा सके।

गुरिंदर, बूटा और 500 अन्य किसान जब अपने राम निवास गांव से 26 नवंबर को सिंघू बॉर्डर आए थे, तब उन्हें जमीन पर खुले आकाश के नीचे गद्दे बिछाकर सोना पड़ा था। इसके कुछ महीनों बाद दोनों दोस्तों गुरिंदर और बूटा ने 2400 वर्गफुट के क्षेत्र में एक अस्थाई ढांचा बनाया, जिसमें तीन कमरे, एक शौचालय और सभा करने के लिए एक क्षेत्र था।

उन्होंने इसे बनाने के लिए बांस और छत के लिए टीन का इस्तेमाल किया। सभा क्षेत्र और तीन कमरों में हर रात करीब 70 से 80 लोग सोया करते थे। इसके बाद उन्होंने टेलीविजन, कूलर, गैस स्टोव, एक छोटे फ्रिज आदि की भी व्यवस्था की, ताकि वे अपना मकसद पूरा होने तक यहां आराम से ठहर सकें।

गुरिंदर ने कहा, इस ढांचे को बनाने में करीब चार लाख 50 हजार रुपए खर्च हुए। हमारे पास जरूरत की हर वस्तु थी। अब हमारी इसे हमारे गांव ले जाकर वहां स्थापित करने की योजना है। बूटा ने कहा, हम इसमें अपनी कुछ तस्वीरें भी लगाएंगे, ताकि हमें यहां बिताया समय याद रहे।

प्रदर्शन स्थल पर 10 बिस्तर वाले 'किसान मजदूर एकता अस्पताल' का प्रबंधन करने वाले बख्शीश सिंह को मकसद पूरा होने की खुशी के साथ ही अपने साथियों से जुदा होने का दु:ख भी है।
