बागली। 14 जुलाई को जिस हाटपिपल्या नगर में पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री कैलाश जोशी के प्रतिमा अनावरण कार्यक्रम में सीएम शिवराज ने सभा को संबोधित किया था वहां पर 5 दिन बाद 19 जुलाई को 9 कोरोना संक्रमित सामने आए हैं, जबकि जिस दिन सीएम आने वाले थे उससे एक दिन पहले 13 जुलाई को भी यहां एक 50 वर्षीय अधेड़ संक्रमित पाए गए थे।
रविवार को देवास सीएमएचओ आफिस से जारी कोरोना बुलेटिन में 18 लोगों के कोरोना संक्रमित होने की पुष्टि हुई है, जिनमें 9 संक्रमित हाटपिपल्या के हैं। उल्लेखनीय है कि ज़िले में रविवार को भी 18 संक्रमित मिले थे। हाटपिपल्या में सीएम शिवराजसिंह चौहान ने पूर्व सीएम जोशी के प्रतिमा अनवारण समारोह में राज्यसभा सांसद ज्योतिरादित्य सिंधिया के साथ भाग लिया था।
मजे की बात है कि प्रतिमा अनावरण से पहले जिला स्तरीय संकट प्रबंधन समिति की समीक्षा बैठक भी ली थी। बहरहाल कोरोना बुलेटिन के अनुसार हाटपिपल्या के टंकीपुरा वार्ड 15 के एक ही परिवार के 8 सदस्य संक्रमित निकले हैं।
बताया जा रहा है इस परिवार के एक सदस्य पूर्व में संक्रमित थे। इस क्रम में वार्ड 9 की एक महिला भी संक्रमित निकली है। संक्रमितों को कन्या छात्रावास आइसोलेट और परिजनों को पाटीदार छात्रावास में क्वारंटाइन किया गया है। कोरोना बुलेटिन में शामिल अन्य संक्रमितों में कन्नौद का एक 50 वर्षीय अधेड़ व ग्राम सिक्खेड़ा के 44 वर्षीय पुरुष के साथ-साथ देवास शहर के इंडस्ट्रीयल एरिया के 4, सर्वोदय नगर का 1 व गायत्री विहार का एक बुजुर्ग भी है।
पंडितजी के संक्रमित होने की अफवाह फैली : इतनी बड़ी संख्या में संक्रमित सामने आने के बाद अनावरण समारोह में पूजन करवाने वाले पंडित सुभाष त्रिवेदी के संक्रमित होने की अफवाह उड़ा दी गई। लोगों ने सोशल मीडिया पर एक दूसरे को मैसेज करना शुरू कर दिया। पंडितजी के बारे में जानकारी एकत्र करना शुरू कर दिया।
मामला चिंताजनक था क्योंकि कार्यक्रम में कई वीआईपी भी थे। बाद में पता चला कि पंडितजी के मामा परिवार में किसी के संक्रमित होने की सूचना थी। अफवाह के दौरान नायाब तहसीलदार अनिता बरेठा ने इसे कोरी अफवाह बताकर पंडितजी के स्वस्थ होने की जानकारी दी। तब फिर से सोशल नेटवर्क पर अफवाह कोरी बकवास होने की सूचनाओं का आदान-प्रदान होने लगा।
अन्य हिस्सों में संक्रमण फैलने की आशंका : हाटपिपल्या में मिले संक्रमितों के बाद बागली अनुभाग के अन्य हिस्सों में भी संक्रमण फैलने की आशंका गहरा गई है। सीएम के कार्यक्रम में वैसे तो 500 लोगों की उपस्थिति के बातें शुरू से हो रही थी। लेकिन वहां पर बड़ी संख्या में भाजपा कार्यकर्ता और बागली ज़िला बनाओ समिति के आह्वान पर विभिन्न क्षेत्रों के लोगों के साथ-साथ बागली नगर का जनसमुदाय भी एकत्र हुए था।

किल कोरोना अभियान पूर्ण : जिले में 1 के 15 जुलाई के मध्य किल कोरोना सर्वे पूर्ण हो गया है। जिसमें सम्पूर्ण ज़िले में 17 लाख 66 हजार 471 लोगों का सर्वे हुआ। इस दौरान 6122 लोगों के कोरोना जांच के लिए सैम्पल लिए। 3 लाख 21 हजार 999 घरों तक सर्वे दल पहुंचे। सर्दी, खांसी व बुखार से 3299 लोग पीड़ित पाए गए। इस दौरान 8318 गर्भवती महिलाओं का भी परीक्षण हुआ। 287 जांच दलों ने आरडी किट के माध्यम से मलेरिया की जांच की, जिसमें 59 संदिग्ध पाए गए।
ज़िले में अब संक्रमण बढ़त की तरफ : ज़िले में अब संक्रमण बढ़त की तरफ है। ज़िले में 8 अप्रैल को कोरोना के तीन मामले एक साथ सामने आए थे। जिसमें हाटपिपल्या के एक पत्रकार के साथ-साथ देवास शहर के 2 अन्य मरीज भी थे। इसके बाद से ही मरीजों की संख्या बढ़ती गई। मई माह तक कोरोना से 10 मौतें भी हो चुकी थीं।
लॉकडाउन अवधि तक कोरोना काफी हद तक नियंत्रित भी किया गया था। लेकिन अनलॉक शुरू होने के बाद मरीजों की संख्या लगातार बढ़ती गई। ज़िले में पहला मामला मिलने से 111 दिनों में अब तक कुल 368 संक्रमित मिल चुके हैं। सोमवार को 316 नमूनों कि रिपोर्ट आई थी। अब तक 244 मरीज कोरोना मुक्त होकर घर लौट चुके हैं, जबकि ज़िले में अब 114 सक्रिय मरीज हैं। अब तक ज़िले में 16285 नमूने लिए गए। 15533 नमूनों की जांच रिपोर्ट मिली है। 752 नमूनों की रिपोर्ट आनी बाकी है।
सामुदायिक फैलाव की स्थिति नहीं : देवास जिले का रिकवरी रेट अन्य स्थानों की तुलना में बेहतर है। यहां पर संक्रमण के सामुदायिक फैलाव की स्थिति नहीं है। भारत सरकार की गाइड लाइन के अनुसार संक्रमितों की कांटेक्ट ट्रेसिंग से नमूने लेकर जांच की जारी है। किल कोरोना अभियान में डोर-टू-डोर सर्वे भी हुआ है। उसमें भी संदिग्धों के नमूने लिए गए।
